Come enjoy fun in the sun in this comfortable, private, single family home in an upscale suburb of Phoenix conveniently located near the Highway 60. The home is in a clean, quiet, safe neighborhood 15-20 minutes from Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport, and close to Arizona State University.

Home features 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and one bedroom (queen size bed) and over-sized seated shower downstairs for elderly or those who don't do stairs well (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total). Master bedroom features a king size bed, cable TV, over-sized bathtub, separate shower, private commode, walk-in closet, and private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. There is inflatable queen size bed for larger parties. The house will sleep 7 in beds, with the potential for up to 2 more people on the inflatable bed.

Other home features include a private pool (heated by a heat pump, but doesn't heat unless outdoor temperature is at least 80 degrees for several consecutive days, which IS NOT ADEQUATE from November - February), professional-grade gas grill BBQ, fenced and gated yard (perfect for children or pets), wireless internet, beautiful landscaping, separate dining room, family room, and a living room with a large Smart TV with extensive channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and dining essentials, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and grinder, and separate beverage cooler. Small pets are welcome as long as they are well-mannered and potty trained.

The house is close to great shopping and a wide variety of good restaurants. There are many fun activities nearby to enjoy including golfing, river rafting, movie theaters, hiking, gambling casinos, a water park, miniature golf, hiking, and the gorgeous Superstition Mountains. The house is centrally located for day-trips to world famous locations like the Grand Canyon, Old Tucson, Lake Havasu, Tombstone, and the historic mining town of Bizbee. Come enjoy all Arizona has to offer with all the comforts of home!

Great Gilbert house

Love the location of this property and the house. Lots of room for us and the guests that stayed for a few days. So relaxing to sit by the pool and enjoy the Arizona weather or head to the golf courses. Have stayed here four separate times and would love to come back. Jodi is great to work with!

Amazing home!

We had a wonderful 6 week stay here! The pictures were perfectly accurate. The house was very spacious, the enclosed back yard was beautiful, the couches all had recliners (which we loved), you sink into the super plush beds, the house was clean, and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would have booked it again for next year, but it was already rented. I definitely would recommend this house!

Perfect for our family.! Convenient to find and get to wherever we wanted to go! Lots of linens, kitchen items, excellent laundry facilities! Only suggestion. One or two additional blankets. Other than that it was great! Maybe lights in pool for night swim

Wonderful family home

We were attending a wedding and needed a base for the family. The property was well presented and plenty of amenities. Pool area was a huge hit with everyone and with towels and linen provided it was more like a hotel stay! The neighbourhood was ideal and has all the store you will need on your stay. Communication with the owners was exceptional - polite, fast and informative. A wonderful stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a home from home stay in the Phoenix area. We used the home as a base for trips to the Grand Canyon, lake Mead and lots of other places. The neighbours were great too with helpful suggestions and great conversion making the whole experience friendly and welcoming. We would go again - hell yeh!! We will be planning the next trip soon! Absolutely no hesitation in saying 5*

I love the sun but I live and work in gorgeous, but rainy, Southeast Alaska. The vacation home is a great place for me to relax and get great sun. Also, there is great shopping close by, some within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

I have a busy lifestyle, and look forward to downtime in a relaxing setting. I love to relax in the sun by the pool with a good book, and I enjoy shopping and eating in good restaurants. The house is located closest to highway 60, but also close to the 101 and the 202. I have all I need here at my vacation home!
