Vacation apartment "Zum See": Direct view of the lake and the dressage arena

Gestüt Hohenschmark is located in a quiet secluded location, about 10 minutes by car from Plön and Bad Malente in the Holstein Switzerland, directly on the stud's own Schmarksee. In addition to the idyllic holiday atmosphere, the stud offers dressage horses an absolutely equine breeding and education. Our holiday guests find their peace and quiet at the Schmarksee and enjoy their free time on and off the farm.

The house opposite the Schmarksee houses the aft stable on the ground floor and the first floor the two apartments. The house has central heating. Each apartment has its own entrance.

The apartment "Zum See" with a direct view from the balcony on the Schmarksee and the riding arena has a bright, spacious living atmosphere through the integration of kitchen and living area. The bath and the two bedrooms are each separated. (82qm)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf dem Gestüt Hohenschmark. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, einfach perfekt. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht und die Aussicht vom Balkon ein Traum. Wir waren nur mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, was von hier aus absolut unkompliziert war.

Auch beim zweiten Mal wieder schön!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung, weil sie uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hatte. Es hat sich wieder gelohnt, ein paar Einrichtungsobjekte waren seit letztem Mal noch hinzu gekommen (u.a. Liegesessel, Messer-Set). Und als es vorübergehend ein Problem gab, weil Sicherungen rausflogen, war sofort Hilfe durch den Hausmeister zur Stelle. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden!

Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. In der Wohnung haben wir uns seit dem ersten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist hell, groß und gemütlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage auf dem Gestüt mit Blick auf den See ist toll. Die Gegend war für uns zum Radfahren perfekt. Herrn Ballies als Gastgeber empfanden wir sehr angenehm. Rundum ein schöner Urlaub.

Ein traumhafter Ort für eine erholsame Zeit

Für jeden, der wirklich Erholung und Ruhe sucht, sehr zu empfehlen. Nur selten wird das Vogelgezwitscher von "Zivilisationsgeräuschen" unterbrochen. Die Lage ist geradezu einmalig.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt hier. Die Wohnung ist schön, hell, für zwei Personen groß genug und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den See und den Reitplatz des sehr gepflegten Gestüts, inmitten dessen sie liegt. Alles war sauber und funktionierte gut. Erwähnenswert ist das wirklich sehr schnelle Internet (ca. 150 MBit/s Download), da hatte ich angesichts der Lage vorher leichte Befürchtungen gehabt, die aber unbegründet waren. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man auf dem Gestüt zwar ein bisschen abseits der umgebenden Orte liegt, aber trotzdem nicht alleine ist, weil auf einem Gestüt natürlich immer etwas Betrieb ist. Laut wird es aber nie. Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einem Pferdestall, wodurch man auch nachts manchmal ein paar Geräusche der Pferde hört, die wir aber eher angenehm fanden. Selbst unsere beiden Hunde ließen sich dadurch nicht aufschrecken. Die Umgebung ist gut geeignet zum Spazierengehen und Wandern. Zur Ostsee sind es ca. 30 min mit dem Auto, aber die zahlreichen Seen rund um die Wohnung und Plön laden dazu ein, viel Zeit an ihnen zu verbringen. Zum Einkaufen (auch Bäcker) muss man das Auto nehmen und je nach konkretem Ziel zwischen 15 und 20 min fahren. Fußläufig (in 20-30 min) erreichbar sind die Grebiner Mühle mit dem Café To'n Windbüdel (im Winter geschlossen) und der Grebiner Krug: beide Lokalitäten können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Insgesamt: ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen wieder!

Seeidylle mit Ruhegarantie

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf diesem Gestüt im Herzen der Holsteinischen Schweiz. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon auf den See und den Reitplatz ist wirklich einzigartig - abends rief immer der Kuckuck. Wer Tiere(Hunde, Katzen, Hühner, freiheitsliebende Galloways ;-) usw. ) mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren. Freundliche Vermieter! Toll!

Wunderschön, sehr romantisch u mitten in der Natur 🌈

Wer gerne die Abgeschiedenheit mag, inmitten von wunderschönen echten Zuchtpferden, ist hier richtig gut aufgehoben. Es hat was von Rosamunde Pilcher. Alles immer super aufgeräumt u gepflegt, die Wege, die Ställe u die abendbeleuchtung - total romantisch. Das schweinehäuschen u hühnerhäuschen waren auch zu goldig. Die Besitzer/die Tierpfleger - Alle wirklich sehr freundlich u unkompliziert. Für die Weihnachtstage, der selbstgemachte Eierlikör u Marmelade als Willkommensgruss, waren köstlich. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, kuschelige Betten - mit direktem Blick auf Paddock/Stall. Wunderschön alles zu beobachten. Voll ausgestattete gemütliche Küche. Süße Katzen, die mit dir spazieren gehen wie ein Hund. Das schöne Städtchen Plön ist nur 10 Minuten mit Auto entfernt für Einkäufe/Markt u bummeln. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt ü die Weihnachtstage u Silvester. Noch einmal ganz herzlichen Dank an das tolle Gestüt Hohenschmark 💞

Urlaub zu Dritt

Wir haben mit unserem Wauzi den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unser Abendspaziergang war so eine nette Begebenheit- da waren die Ponys, die Hühner, die Katzen, die Hunde , die Fohlen und ihre Mütter und die zwei netten Schweinchen!! In der Wohnung selber ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Pure Erholung im Herzen der Holsteinischen Schweiz

Die Wohnung ist groß, lichtdurchflutet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage inmitten des Gestüts Hohenschmark erlaubt, einmal wirklich abzuschalten. (Den Pferdebetrieb werten wir dabei als Teil des Erlebnisses. Das mag nicht für alle Urlauber gelten.) Mit etwas Glück bekommt man zum Frühstück auf dem Balkon bei Morgensonne ein Pferde-Springtraining zu sehen.

Abseits vom Trubel

Abseits von städtischem Trubel genießt man hier eine wirklich großzügige, praktikabel und komfortorientiert eingerichtete Ferienwohnung inmitten eines lebendigen Gestüts, mit dem man aber wenig zu tun hat. Der Blick auf den See und auf die Stallungen, die Nähe zur Natur und zu den Tieren und die Landschaft um das Gestüt herum sind bestens für Entschleunigung geeignet. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem alten Stallgebäude im ersten Stock und ist bis auf die Naturgeräusche um einen herum sehr ruhig und abgeschieden gelegen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz Regenwetters sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Wunderbarer entspannender Ausgangspunkt

Die Ferienwohnung über dem Stall hat einen großartigen Charme, man ist einfach mitten im Geschehen und doch für sich. Das Gestüt selbst ist wunderbar abgeschieden gelegen, dabei gleichzeitig im Herzen der wunderschönen holsteinischen Schweiz und damit perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Region zu entdecken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig ein paar mehr Infos zum Check-In wären schön gewesen, so dass man sich nicht erst durchfragen muss, wo und wie man den in die Wohnung findet.

Ein schöner Platz, um die Seele baumeln lassen

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Ende Juli für ein paar Tage gemietet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, ein schönes grosses Sofa, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles Notwendige und noch ein bisschen mehr vorhanden. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wirklich so wie auf den Bildern, einfach traumhaft. Gerade die Abende auf diesem Balkon, wenn alles ruhig wird, waren für uns eine beeindruckende Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterseite war problemlos, schnell und freundlich.
