Guests of this spacious home have plenty to enjoy within its walls - as well as a gorgeous pool area set under a lanai for year-round relaxation! A generously-sized pool area offers plenty of space for lounging poolside, warming up in front of the fire table, or cooking on the private gas grill. Inside, the home is cooled by central air-conditioning and is full of ceiling fans to ensure everyone's comfortable. Enjoy cooking together in an incredibly spacious full kitchen, equipped with tools large and small, as well as a prep island and a lengthy breakfast bar that sets up to ten guests for meals together. Of course, there's plenty of room to enjoy a meal together poolside.

The main bedroom features a private entrance to the back deck, a reading nook with a private entrance of its own, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Each bedroom features a TV and a ceiling fan for guest comfort.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Big house that was perfect for our two families.

Spacious home with two living rooms and a great outdoor space. Fit our two families of 5 perfectly for the week.

Terrific stay

Everything was just as listed. All communication with the property manager was answered in just a few minutes. They were always very helpful. It is a beautiful home and was perfect for our group of nine. The pool was awesome and it did help to have it heated in January. We would only suggest to possibly have a few throws available for watching TV or sitting outside in cooler weather. Thank you!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Manager was there when we got there, but just to check on things and we were allowed early check-in so we weren't upset at all. Glad I paid extra for the heated pool feature since it was mostly cloudy and windy during our stay. Place was clean and huge!! Little outdated but we also got a great deal so I can't complain. Thank you!!

Extremely Disappointing

The best part of this rental was the size of the house and the pool/lanai area. Here are some things that we unfortunately discovered. The refrigerator temperature was set at 34 degrees but was reading 52. Therefore no ice machine. A repairman was sent out at 6:30 pm 1 1/2 days later after reporting this to Vacasa. He tried to fix it but the temperature didn’t go below 49 for the rest of the week. We had to throw away many food item due to spoilage. We also reported at that time, the right side stove burners didn’t light. The repairman said the starter probably needed to be replaced. When arriving, we found no coffee pot, can opener, pot holders or batteries for the TV remotes. We immediately had to go out and purchase these items which we were told would be reimbursed but three weeks later has not happened. Two days before our week was up, the pool maintenance man came and dumped 5 gallons of chlorine in the pool. He stated we should wait 24 hours before using. So we lost a day of pool use. Finally, while we were watching a football bowl game, an electric company knocked on our door and said they were going to shut off power so they could install a new meter. You can’t make this stuff up! Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

Spacious Comfot

This was a gorgeous house with plenty of room to spread out. With the pool area and TV's in every room, there was something for everyone. The large kitchen was ideal for food prep and family meals. The down side was the roosters nextdoor crowing non- stop from 5:30am until dusk. The master bedroom occupants got a forced wake-up each morning. There was an issue with a leaking faucet and mildew in the master bath which was addressed by management over 3 visits. Overall, our family enjoyed the house and all it had to offer.
