In an exceptional location on a narrow headland between the nature reserve of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort Olpenitz located, the holiday home Schleijuwel. Highlight of the holiday home is the studio on the second floor, because here you can relax over the things in the large Finnish sauna or enjoy the fantastic view over the Schlei and the marina on the roof terrace.

The cottage Schlei jewel extends over three levels. Lichtdurchflutet the living-dining area designed on the ground floor of the property. Through a large window overlooking the falls adjoining terrace on the idyllic Schlei shore. What is happening outside the door, is a true natural spectacle: The Baltic Breeze weighs the reeds on the shore gently back and forth while start ducks and swans perk in the day. In a coffee on the terrace ensure passing sailboats for the perfect panorama. Thanks to south-west exposure, in addition to many sunbeams also gorgeous sunsets guaranteed. Whether a convivial barbecue or relaxed with a book, the breathtaking scenery in front of the house makes holiday hearts beat faster.

The living-dining area looks very cozy: on the comfortable seating area or at the large dining table, with crackling log fires and underfloor heating throughout, the large flat-screen TV and the Play Station 4 provide entertainment on gray days.
The kitchen is extensively equipped and offers full holiday comfort.

The first floor is the rest area: Here have two bedrooms enough space to recharge your batteries. The master bedroom with direct Schleiblick waking up and falling asleep in front of dream scenery is announced. Another bedroom offers a view across the street to the sailing and marina of the OstseeResort. Also on this level is a full bath with shower and relax whirlpool for the private wellness program.

On the second floor the cottage Schlei gem impresses with an additional living area and large adjoining roof terrace. A large Finnish sauna with adjoining shower perfected the holiday experience. From up here the panoramic view of the Schlei and the sailing and yacht harbor of the seaside resort is so beautiful that you can not only sonnenbaden- but after a romantic sunset at night would watch the stars here. Two more sleeping places are available at this level on the comfortable
Sofa bed available. For extra comfort, a guest toilet on the ground floor.

Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Bicycles can be found in the own bicycle shed right outside the front door.
