Wifi is available in the apartments (paid service).

The residence benefits from a swimming pool with free access (according to opening hours) and a wellness area Sauna and Hammam with access by reservation at the rate of €8.00 per session (located in building B).

Buildings A, B, D, E and F are equipped with an elevator.
