About this property

Our farm is at a historic ditch a overgrown by wild nature Celtic castle at the northeast tip of the wonderful joy of the mountain above Waging lake, the warmest lake in Bavaria. Surrounded by meadows, fields and forest, we are surrounded by nature but not far from the attractions of the Chiemgau. Both the Chiemsee with its islands, as well as the Königsee with its imposing mountain and salt world are a wonderful place to visit. For sports enthusiasts water sports, hiking, mountain climbing and biking in the summer offer on, cross-country skiing on the doorstep and alpine ski lifts in 20 minutes and ice skating and sledding on. In between a cultural tour in the Salzburg and / or Munich museums, followed by shopping offer a nice change. Everything also by train from the nearby station Waging, Traunstein or Freilassing (5-15 minutes) within easy reach. And who wants to can also pamper yourself with Ayurvedic massages.

Lehrermohäusl

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum wohlfühlen und runterfahen.Das Häuschen ist mit viel liebe zum Detail wunderschön ausgestattet.Es hat uns wirklich uns an nicht's gefehlt.Die Gastgeberin sehr nett und steht's bemüht. Wunderschöne Gegend die zu langen Spazirgängen und Wanderungen einlädt, Traunstein ca 12min entfernt, rosenheim ca 45min, Chiemsee ca. 25minWir haben von Anfang bis Ende jede Sekunde genossen und sind sicherlich nicht das letzte mal da gewesen .Und wir werden gerne wiederkommen,

Die Beschreibung war voll zutreffend. Wirklich urig dieses Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerich

Die Besitzer die in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnen, war sehr hilfsbereit. Das ist ein Haus, das man so geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nicht so gleich wiederfindet. Alles was man so benötigt war vorhanden. Man kann in aller Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit relaxen.

Ontspannend en rustgevend

De familie Priemer is zeer gastvrij en zorgzaam. Het is hier een historische plek met een bijzondere sfeer. Ruimte in de natuur en stilte.

Uriges Holzhäuschen in schöner Natur

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen, sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Holzhäuschen in unberührter Natur sehr wohl gefühlt. Man konnte dort sehr gut vom stressigen Alltag abschalten.

Ein magischer Ort

Wir waren total glücklich diesen magischen Ort gefunden zu haben. Ideal um sich eine Auszeit zu gönnen im herrlichen Hupertigauwinkel. Ein historisches, urgemütliches Holzhaus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt innen und aussen an den vielen, schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Mitten in der Natur und dennoch einsam. Wir kommen wieder! Herzlichen Dank an die Familie Priemer und auf bald!

Wohlfühlhäuschen!!!

Ein unglaublich außergewöhnliches Haus das von außen aussieht, als wäre die Zeit stehengeblieben! Innen überrascht die Einrichtung. Ein toller großer Essplatz mit einem Holzofen. Der wurde vor unserem eintreffen bereits angeschürt. Auch die Begrüßung war seeehr nett. In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht. Auf den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen, super Matratzen. Eine Katze hat uns regelmäßig besucht. Vor dem Haus ist gleich der Wald, und strahlt eine unglaubliche Ruhe aus. Zum herunterkommen ist dieser Platz genau richtig.

Leuk huisje in n mooie omgeving

Omgeving is mooi. Uitstapjes naar Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Chiemsee binnen n uur te doen. Huisje is netjes, alles aanwezig. Soms wel bukken omdat enkele deuren laag zijn. Fijne week gehad!

Ein sehr sehr entspannter Urlaub für uns

Die Gastgeber sind sehr offen und aufmerksam. Man wird quasi in die Gemeinschaft der übrigen Feriengäste mit aufgenommen. Das Haus ist urig, hier sollte man nicht zu groß sein, um nicht an die Decke zu stoßen. Es gab für uns im Haus und auf dem Grundstück viel zu entdecken mit unserer Kleinen. Besonders die Abgeschiedenheit und die Ruhe in der Nacht haben sehr sehr gut getan. Verbesserungspotential: sehr sehr wenig (vielleicht irgendwie eine Waschmaschine installieren); Erholungseffekt für uns sehr sehr groß ( wir haben den Abreisetag förmlich verschlafen, was aber kein Problem darstellte). Danke nochmal an die Familie Priemer ! Wir hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen, dann vielleicht zu viert :-)

A Great Stay!

We had a short but enjoyable trip to Bavaria. Silia was an excellent host who, on confirmation of our booking, sent clear instructions and directions. The cottage was lovely and exactly what we were after; cosy, quiet and with all essentials covered. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of options for outdoor fun. We would certainly stay again.

mooi zeer nette woning in besloten tuin

we hebben een week gelogeerd hadden ons eigen chalet, omgeven door bos en een eigen besloten tuin. prima bedden, twee ruime slaapkamers. netjes schoon voorzien van handdoeken. mochten gebruik maken van de vriezer want die zit niet in de keuken. In onze week helaas geen wifi wat voor onze puberdochters meer een "probleem was fijne is de ligweide boven waar ligbedden staan. vlakbij in de buurt een mooi zwemmeer. genoeg te doen in de omgeving alles te berijden in ongeveer een 30 min. pizzaria in dorp een aanrader. genoten van de stilte en vooral de vele vlinders in de tuin.

Sehr schön gelegen, ursprünglich und komfortabel

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder und hatten eine großartige Zeit. Das Häuschen war abseilt ausreichend groß mit sehr schönen Aufenthaltsbereichen im Freien. Die Natur ist nahe, traumhaft und ruhig gelegen und tolle Ausflugsziele sind nicht weit.

Lovely house, full of character and great location

We had a wonderful week in this holiday cabin. The house is very quaint and full of character with very comfortable beds. Although it was very hot outside it stayed cool inside. The location is idyllic - very rural - but within very easy reach of the town. It's a good location for exploring the local area. Our children loved swimming in the lake at Waging which is very close, and we also visited Salzburg, Berchtesgarden and had great fun kayaking at Lake Chiemsee. The house has its own shaded garden area, but we also made use of the large lawn area which is beautiful. The owners are very friendly and speak excellent English
