Come and discover this cosy chalet in the heart of the Vercors, at the starting point of marked hiking and mountain biking trails. Recharge your batteries on the large terrace with magnificent mountain views. The Col du Rousset ski resort is 15 minutes away, Villard-de-Lans is 40 minutes away, and there are caves to explore, golf, swimming pools, museums, and more. The village is 3 km away, with a restaurant, supermarket, bakery, and other amenities. This warm chalet for 4 people will delight nature lovers. It features 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 x 190 cm bed and one with a 160 x 190 cm bed), a bathroom with a large shower, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. It features two terraces, one facing south and the other west, with unobstructed views. The unfenced garden includes a pétanque court and a children's play structure. A pellet stove ensures a comfortable temperature inside the house. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings are by the week during school holidays.
