Best Rental Rates in Delray! The location is absolutely ideal. Location, location, location!!-walk/bike to beach, restaurants and shops. Three blocks to fun and excitement of Atlantic Avenue restaurants and clubs, eight blocks to the beach, and two blocks to the inter-coastal. The rental costs are very reasonable for the location. Free Parking. Fast WiFI. Large outdoor fenced area with table and chairs, propane grill. The house is clean and sanitized with everything you need—fresh sheets, towels, clothes washer-dryer, large screened LCD TV, cable VCR/DVD. Hi-speed internet, new stainless steel appliances. There is a 150 cleaning fee and VRBO fees. Pets-one dog only. No cats or other animals.

Air Conditioned, nicely furnished, cathedral ceilings, queen size bed and queen-sized sofa bed for visiting in-laws or children NE 7th Avenue is a pretty area of the beach town, and it is close to everything. The Delray Beach free shuttle is available on Atlantic Avenue so you can walk 3 blocks to Atlantic Avenue, and you can be at the beach and the shops within minutes.

Decent Cottage with great lcation

This is very much a cottage but well equipped and you can’t beat the location. It is about a 15 walk to Atlantic Ave and a publix and Walgreens is 2 minutes walking. There is also a great French bakery and Bedners store (local vegetables, meats etc) within a short walk. The cottage itself is rustic but has a large fenced yard which was great for our dog. The kitchen has new appliances and is very well equipped. As we were there for 45 days we tended to cook and BBQ a lot. The bedroom is small but has a queen sized bed with a new and comfortable mattress. We left 2 good pillows that we bought for the next guests. It was good value for the money paid as you will pay significantly more for a newer higher end property.

Perfect quaint cottage in a fabulous location

We had a great couple of weeks escaping the New England winter weather! The cottage is charming and very well appointed. The area cannot be beat. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Avenue filled with so many great restaurants! Kay, the owner/host was a pleasure. We hope to return to this cottage next time we visit Delray Beach.

Love the beach, great restaurants, love to travel, art and shopping.

Why they chose this property

Delray Beach, Florida is only 30 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport. Delray is beautiful, has world-class restaurants, great shopping, is cosmopolitan but has a small town atmosphere. The high season runs from late December through March with beautiful balmy warm weather. Delray has a beautiful wide sandy beach with cabana umbrellas, and restaurants that are only steps away so you can sun bathe and then lunch at a nearby outdoor eatery. I fell in love with Delray after driving down the entire Eastern seaboard when I was searching for a second home located at the beach.

What makes this property unique

Sunbathing, biking, eating at wonderful restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The cottage is on a wonderful safe and picturesque street that is only three blocks to Atlantic Avenue. You can stroll down 7th toward the beach or to all the great restaurants and shops on the Avenue. Enjoy a glass of wine at the outdoor veranda of the historic Colony Hotel that is right down the street on Atlantic Avenue. From there, you have your pick of all the wonderful galleries, restaurants and shops on Atlantic Avenue. It's truly location, location, location!
