Apartment Burgblick in Neuravensburg

Relax in our family and pet-friendly apartment in a quiet location.

In the apartment including a new terrace including barbecue is a free phone with landline and Mobilflat national and Wi-Fi available. For a small extra charge, you can switch off from everyday life in the sauna (Finnish sauna or steam sauna). In the living area you will find a large TV at the time. There is also a music system, an electronic darts, books and board games available for free use.

Getting there:

You can arrive from 15 o'clock. For earlier arrival, please in advance for consultation. The entrance door is possible through a numerical code, which we will inform you by email before arrival. Thus, you are independent on arrival and can also arrive later without problems as planned.

Sauna:
In the entrance you can use the sauna (size 2x1,4m, either as a Finnish sauna or as a steam sauna, service life: up to 4 hours) for a fee of 25 €. If interested, please just contact me briefly, so I can turn it on at the desired time. Heating time is approx. 60 minutes.

If desired, I also like to set the sauna on arrival, so you can already recover from the trip on arrival. In addition please me with indication of the approx. Contact arrival time.

Caravan:

If your children prefer to use the caravan for sleeping, this is usually possible at any time for a small fee.

Coffee / Kitchen Equipment:

There is a filter coffee machine ready for free use in the apartment. There is also a Nespresso coffee pod machine for coffee, expresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato. You are welcome to bring appropriate pads and use. Alternatively, you can use the pad stand for your consumption. In this case, we ask you to put 50 cents per pad in the coffee / tipping pigs.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove and dishwasher. Likewise, there is a basic set of spices. If you need food such as milk or eggs, you can get them for a fee from us.

Terrace:

The apartment has a covered terrace with sitting and lying furniture available. Likewise, the entrance area is covered. On the terrace can / may be smoked and grilled. A wood barbecue can be borrowed for free.

Smoke:

In the apartment is a general smoking ban, where we ask you to comply with it.

Of course you are allowed to smoke in the covered entrance area or on your terrace according to your wishes.

Pets:

We are happy to welcome your dog (s) in our apartment. For this purpose, we have a Fess and Trinknapf available. Your dog is welcome to use the freewheel in the fenced garden.

Shops:

It is within walking distance, 3 bakeries (also open on Sundays about 300 m), 1 large supermarket (about 700 m), butcher. There is also a pharmacy, Volksbank (300 m) and Sparkasse (500m), family doctor (100m), pizzeria (400 m), home-style restaurant Fässle (300m) and a gas station.

Sheets and towels are provided and the beds already made.

If you have certain wishes, such as children's high chair, cot, dog bowl, sauna or Caravan use, etc., you can contact us in advance, so we have prepared this on arrival.
