This beautiful vacation home is located just 80 meters from the beach in the village of La Cala de Mijas on the Costa del Sol. With 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 spacious living rooms, the accommodation is particularly suitable for larger families or groups. Outside, a large, on-site pool awaits you to cool off on hot summer days, loungers for relaxing sunbathing and a spacious terrace and gardens where you can dine al fresco. Enjoy a glass of wine with your loved ones on the spacious veranda, read a book in the shade and have fun with a game of billiards with your friends in the evening.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, 2 pellet stoves, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Thanks to its convenient location between Marbella and Málaga, you can reach the Gibralfaro Fortress, the old town of Málaga or the Picasso Museum in just 30 minutes.

The location was brilliant, within easy walking distance of restaurants and beach.We opted to take our own bedding, but, struggled to get our fitted sheets on the single beds as the beds are slightly bigger than a normal single.We had an issue with the pool being murky, contacted our host and this was sorted very quickly, which was a plus.

The pictures on the internet are probably 15 years old and do not reflect the current condition of the property. The Villa is very basic is very tired and run down and lacking any quality in decoration or presentation. On the positive side the location is excellent, close to the beach and many bars and restaurants are all within reasonable walking distance. It has 7 large bedrooms all with their own shower rooms that have been refurbished recently to a decent standard. The rest of the house is in need of a total refresh. The practice of charging cash on arrival for bedding and towels is ridiculous, build it into the cost. Moreover the quality of the bedding and towels was very poor. The bedding was so old and grubby that I took it of the bed and slept only with the base sheet. Also we only a small bath towel and hand towel provided that were adequate but not great. There were no pool towels either. The exterior was also no better. There was a built in bbq with some outside seating including 2 old rusting bistro tables all with no cushions all of which we didn’t use. In brief there is no effort to present this property in its best way. Before arriving I had some Whats App dialogue with the local host informing her that our arrival time would be close to 2000 hrs. She informed me that a 60 late fee could be applied. We arrived at 2010 and had to wait for about 45 mins for her to arrive. She hinted at the late fee but didn't get it.

Vi hela familjen 14 personer har bott i det här fantastiska huset.. jätte bra läge, nära stranden, nära mat o bageri butik, apotek ock Taxi..Vi är jätte nöjda, och kommer gärna tillbaks

Estupendo !!

The villa is spacious and well equipped. Don’t expect modern and new, but it has everything you will need for your stay. The villa was built many years ago so don’t expect state of the art bathrooms etc. but it is charming. Little things would have improved our stay: Update the towels and bed linen that you charge extra for. Nobody wants thin, crispy towels and tired bed sheets. Pillows !! Nobody wants to sleep on a long bolster pillow that feels like a log. Several members of my family complained of back ache from the mattresses! Location of this villa is maravillosa! Few minutes walk to the beach, short walk to any number of bars and restaurants. Big pool, plenty of sun loungers. Really fabulous communication with Sr Arevalo over-seeing stay. Would I stay here again? Si, Si, Si. My family had a wonderful time.
