Everything was great! The only thing I’d remind people is to request for the pool heater to be on. This could be on me because it’s the first time I’ve rented a place with a heated pool and just didn’t know that

Host was not communicative. Pool was not heated, nor was there any communication that if you wanted a heated pool you needed to let them know ahead of time and it would be a 10 per day charge. Didn’t even go in the pool. Wouldn’t stay again.

Great Location!

We had a great time at this house. It's in a perfect location central to most of the things we wanted to do in South Florida. The barking dog next door at 6:30 AM every day was unfortunate, but overall we had a great time!

wonderfully relaxing experience

Excellent location, Top Tier Outdoor area

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, and the location was safe and very convenient. The check-in was easy, and the comfortable house had plenty of space. The highlight was the outdoor area, as the pictures represent. We spent most of our time out there, using the BBQ, swimming in the pool, or lounging on the furniture. What a great trip, I would recommend!

The place was very nice especially the back yard. We did have one minor issue that was resolved very quickly. It would be nice to give instructions how to heat the pool as described. And baking sheets would have been nice to use

Jimmy was very promped when I had to ask him a question. I texted him and he woul respond very quick

House is very roomy (just like the pictures) the pool and the entire yard was great. cooked on the grill almost everyday. I had the house for a week., stores are very close. I did some fishing on a charter which is also close by (20 min) as well as the beach. I will definitely would rent again.
