Newly painted and newly furnished single family 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathrooms house sits on a corner ocean block lot in Beach Haven Terrace. Outdoor paver patio with 6 chair patio set, Adirondack chairs, grass yard and outdoor shower for you to enjoy. Our house has Central Air, Washer/Dryer, Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances, Eat-in kitchen with Breakfast nook, Hi Speed Wi-fi, Smart Tv’s with cable throughout, Gas BBQ, Outdoor Shower, Central Vacuum System, 2nd refrigerator in garage, as well as multiple beach chairs, beach umbrellas and toys for use on property. The main floor has great entertaining space with plenty of natural sunlight. To make your days at the beach more enjoyable, we'll provide you with 8 seasonal beach badges to borrow for your stay.

Walk to restaurants & bars, Delaware Ave Oyster House, Terrace Tavern, Beach House, WaWa, Ship Bottom Ice Cream, Marvels Donuts, Fritzis Liquor Store. Quick 3min walk to beach. Fantastic bay sunset views from the end of our street. Bike ride to fantasy island, mini golf, water park and so much more.

The Master bedroom has a flat screen tv, a large walk in closet and access to outside deck. The middle bedroom features a queen bed, deck access and flat screen tv. The third bedroom has a full bed plus a single bed, with a flat screen tv and deck access. The 4th bonus room has a twin day bed with a twin trundle below also featuring a flat screen tv. Rooftop deck for 360 degree views of the island, with beautiful bay and ocean views. Please note deck furniture and rooftop furniture is not in pictures but is provided.

Prohibited: No Pets allowed. No charging of Electric Vehicles (EV). No Minors without a parent being present at all times. All bed linens, blankets and towels need to be provided by renter.

Great beach house

The beach house was in a great location close to nearby restaurants and activities. Open concept layout on the 2nd floor was a great hangout spot for us. Along with screened in porch. The fenced in yard next to the big shade tree capped it off, great space to hang out and keep the kids contained and away from any traffic. Only negative was that there is only one parking spot but there was street parking close by.

Beach house heaven

This house was spacious, comfortable cozy and came with all necessities. The location was perfect, easy 1 block walk to this immaculate beach. We had the best time eating in the beautiful yard and the kids had enough space to run around and play games. Host responded quickly with any questions we had . Would definitely stay here again ! Thank you Ian for sharing your awesome house with us !
