Our small guest room with adjoining daylight shower bath is freshly renovated and comfortably furnished. Of course, the room has TV and WiFi. A kettle and a hair dryer are also available. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. After a long day, you can relax in the 1.40 m wide box spring bed.
Surrounding inns are within walking distance and the beautiful Roman route with its great bike path goes right outside the front door.

Lovely host and lovely room

The room itself was very clean and tidy, had a lot of plugs and storage and the bathroom was very tidy as well. Host was so nice and friendly and I had zero problems at the property when I stayed there. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

enjoyed our stay

very clean apartment, has everything that you need. when you close the curtains not one peek of sunlight can get through. This gastenhaus has a very friendly host, and the area is nice and quiet. Our stay was above our expectations and I would recommend this place and room to everyone.

Unterkunft liegt an einer Bundesstraße, doch man hört nichts davon. Es ist super erreichbar. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Haus verfügbar.

Leider kann man nur mit kreditkarte über fewo bezahlen. Lage etwas außerhalb (10km)des Stadtkerns, aber für Radfahrer optimal. Vermieter sehr nett, sauberes Zimmer. Alles in Ordnung.

Wirklich ein Juwel

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war einfach großartig. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, wurde ich mit einer Wärme und Gastfreundschaft begrüßt, die mir das Gefühl gab, zu Hause zu sein. Das Ferienhaus selbst war wunderschön. Das Haus war makellos sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die ich brauchen könnte. Das Bett war bequem und sorgte für eine erholsame Nachtruhe nach Tagen voller harter Arbeit bei der Euro 2024. Ich kann diesen Ort nicht genug empfehlen. Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich ein Juwel!

Klein aber fein, waren nur dort zum übernachten. Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet, es gibt elektrisch verstellbare Rollos. Nachts war es ruhig. Vermieter machen einen netten Eindruck.

Kaution wurde nachträglich einbehalten, da ich angeblich eine Schraube aus dem Dübel gerissen

Ich werde diese Bewertung nicht überarbeiten weil es die Wahrheit ist. Ich weiß nicht wie andere Urlauber sich hier zurechtfinden, aber als alleinreisende hübsche weibliche Person scheint es zu bissigem Verhalten der Eigentümerin zu kommen. Dies habe ich bereits am Anfang meines Aufenthaltes durch merkwürdige Kommunikationsweise zu spüren bekommen. Ich kann wieder was für mein Aussehen, noch dafür dass Menschen in einem Hamsterrad Rennen, um leben zu können. Mir wurden nachträglich Dinge unterstellt, welche ich niemals verursacht habe, weshalb man die 100 € Kaution einbehalten hat. Aber wofür habe ich eine Haftpflichtversicherung?! Vorsicht ist also geboten. Macht Fotos und Screenshots von der geführten Kommunikation.

Nach langer Überlegung ob wir diese Bewertung überhaupt kommentieren sollen, sind wir zu dem Entschluss gekommen auch die Warheit zu sagen. Zum einen handelt es sich nicht um eine allein reisende hübsche Frau, sondern um eine Dame ohne festen Wohnsitz , die von Unterkunft zu Unterkunft zieht. Tatsächlich ist es auch das erste mal in über 7 Jahren die wir vermieten das wir eine Kaution einbehalten. Es wurde nämlich nicht nur die Verschraubung des Heizkörpern aus der Wand gerissen, sondern auch die Matratze mit Kaffee verbaut und eine Tasse zerdebbert. Wir sind froh , daß wir rechtzeitig für unsere nächten Gäste wieder alles her richten konnten und alle anderen Bewertungen sprechen für sich.

Sehr gut, tolle Familie, ruhige Lage der See ganz in der Nähe

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir haben lange in Lippramsdorf gewohnt und sind zu einer Feier ( silberhochzeit ) aus Baden- Württemberg angereist . Familie Heierberg hat uns sehr gut aufgenommen. Würden auch gern wieder dort buchen. LG Familie Krause .
