The villa is located in the well known far beyond Rügen Sellin Wilhelmstrasse, which invites with its magnificent buildings and numerous restaurants and cafes to stroll. The sandy beach with the famous Sellin pier is only 150 meters. Complement the surroundings of nearby stores guarantee optimum self-sufficiency of residents. Despite its central location, the neighboring forests and Lake Sellin, which invite you to long walks in the nature as a recreational area, are within walking distance.

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, dank der dazugehörigen Garage hatte man immer seinen geschützten Parkplatz. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht

Schöne Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt Das Haus punktet mit einer außerordentlichen guten Lage mitten auf Sellins Prachtalle. Die Wohnung war in allen Belangen gut. Einzig das die Saunanutzung nur mit Wertmarken die man zuvor erwerben musste funktionierte hätte man im Vorfeld erwähnen müssen. Die Tiefgaragenplätze sind für normal lange und hohe Fahrzeuge gut nutzbar. Es gibt einen Fahrradabstellraum der abschließbar ist. Wer mit 2 Kindern die Wohnung nutzen möchte wird allerdings in der Form wie das Bett in dem Zimmer gestellt ist nicht glücklich. Wir könnten uns nicht beklagen alles ansonsten gut.
