Next to Smuggler's Notch ski trails, hiking, and mountain biking. There is a full kitchen and living room upstairs with a game nook and living room downstairs. Upstairs deck for grilling and downstairs bar area for gathering with friends after a good day on the trails. Ideal location for outdoor recreation in Vermont. Backcountry skiing in your backyard, ride to some of the best mountain biking in Vermont, hiking in Smugglers' notch, cross coutry trails across the street, short walk to one of "the best disk golf courses on the planet", swimming holes and kayaking in the Lamoille river, access to 93 mile rail across the state of Vermont, and much more. Village of Jeffersonville is 10 minutes away for shops and restaurants. In summer, drive 20 minutes to the other side of the Notch and enjoy all that Stowe has to offer.
