Our beautiful thatched holiday home on approx. 1000 sqm of land was completed in January 2017. It is located in the fishing village, a well-kept holiday home complex, in the middle of a nature reserve, right on the Szczecin Lagoon. On a living space of approx. 82 m2, the lovingly furnished house has an open, spacious living / dining area with a TV corner and fireplace (gas), a kitchenette with high-quality electrical appliances (stove with ceramic hob, microwave with grill, small oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) with freezer combination), 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna (with coin operated machine), 2 bedrooms (one room with double bed 180 x 200 and TV and one room with two separate beds 90 x 200). All rooms have underfloor heating. The large sun terrace with fireplace, beach chair and comfortable seating is on the south and south-west side of the house. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house. The house is equipped with free WiFi connection. A lockable garden shed offers space for the bicycles.
From the holiday home you have the opportunity for many varied cycling and hiking tours.
There are two golf clubs in the immediate vicinity. It is only a few kilometers to Europe's longest beach promenade in the three imperial baths of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. The bathing beach on the Szczecin Lagoon is located in the nearby romantic Kamminke with a small fishing harbor and popular restaurants.

Sehr angenehm und tolle Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Aufwand liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist jedem zu empfehlen, der viel Ruhe sucht und einfach mal ausspannen möchte. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Viele schöne Ostseebäder liegen in schnell erreichbarer Nähe. Die Haus-Eigentümer sind sehr, sehr freundlich und in allen Dingen hilfsbereit. Bessere und freundlichere Eigentümer kann es nicht geben.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus auf Usedom

Klasse Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, das Haus super gelegen und schön. Es bietet alles für einen entspannten Urlaub vor Ort mit einer klasse Sonnenterrasse. Gleichzeitig können schöne Ausflüge geplant werden. Viele Dank an die netten Gastgeber, die viele gute Tipps gegeben haben. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig, die Feriensiedlung liegt abseits, das Haff liegt zwar vor der Tür, aber man kommt nicht ran, da Steilküste. Die Unterkunft hatte alle benötigten Utensilien und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht direkt vor Ort.

Entspannter Urlaub.

Sehr gut. Ruhige Lage, ausreichend Platz bis zum nächsten Haus. Mit dem Rad alle Richtungen und Ziele auf der Insel gut zu erreichen. Auch wenn es sehr hohe Steigungen gab. E-bike war gut.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir waren als Paar über Silvester im Haus Käptn und haben die ruhigen Tage sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattet.Alles ist sehr sauber und einladend. Der Gaskamin gemütlich und einfach zu bedienen. Die Sauna jedoch eher für eine Person geeignet. Als Paar ist das Haus komfortabel und bestens zu nutzen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen, abgelegenen Ferienhausanlage ohne Straßenverkehr. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Sehr vorteilhaft sind auch die Mückengittern an den Fenstern. Problemlose Schlüsselhinterlegung im Tresor am Haus. Großzügiger Schuppen für die Fahrräder vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht direkt vor Ort.

Schönes Ferienhaus in neuer Siedlung

Sehr schönes, ganz modernes und hochwertiges Haus; die Siedlung befindet sich teilweise noch im Bau. Allerdings verhindert die gute Schallisolierung eine Lärmbelästigung. Schwierig war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, und manches haben wir als wenig gastfreundlich empfunden: Kühlschrank bei Ankunft ausgeschaltet, Handtücher und Verbrauchsgegenstände knapp.

Besser geht es nicht.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus sehr genossen, fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an zu Hause. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Hauseigentümern wegen eines Verlängerungstages lief überaus freundlich und unkompliziert ab. Die Schlüsselübergabe und kurze Einweisung durch die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausverwalterin war schnell getan. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in der herrlichen Umgebung. 5 Sterne in allen Kategorien, besser geht es nicht. Sehr, sehr gerne wieder, so bald wie möglich.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wer abschalten möchte, und sich nach Ruhe sehnt ist hier genau richtig. Sehr schönes, mit reichhaltigem Inventar ausgestattetes Haus. Gerne wieder.

Oase der Ruhe unter Reet

Beim Ferienhaus Käpt'n handelt es sich um ein hervorragend gepflegtes Reetdachhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kamin und Sauna. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist auch die gepfegte Gesamtanlage der Feriensiedlung, fußläufig zum Haff. Das Grundstück vor dem Haus ist unbebaut, so dass sich ein schöner Ausblick ergibt. Besonders angenehm auch der Kontakt mit den herzlichen Eigentümern, die sich liebevoll um das Haus kümmern und jederzeit ansprechbar sind. Top-Empfehlung!

Super Urlaub

Sehr schönes mit Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Wer die Ruhe mag , ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Wenn man was kritisieren kann , dann das der Wohnbereich für 4 Personen schon ziemlich eng ist und die Betten sehr weich sind. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Auf der Terrasse wäre auch ein Wind und Sichtschutz zu empfehlen. Würden aber immer wieder gerne dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
