In Silhac (1/4 hour from Vernoux), south-facing cottage at an altitude of 600 m. Wild, quiet and relaxing environment. Spacious (95 m2), independent, bright, comfortable, furnished and decorated with care, with beautiful views of the Ardèche mountains. Well insulated and well heated house. On the ground floor, living room of 25 m2, large functional and well-equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. Upstairs, dovecote type bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200, a bathroom with Italian shower, sink and separate toilet. The bedrooms have mosquito nets. Terrace with wooden cladding pergola facing the beautiful mountain view. Large independent parking. Secure shed for bicycles and garden equipment, including barbecue. Ping-pong table. Choice of aromatic plants for cooking. Ornamental plants and flowers around the cottage. Many hiking and cycling tours from the cottage. The region has beautiful volcanic geo-sites, many swimming spots, 6 villages of character and good restaurants.
