This Historic warehouse offers all the charm of true urban living as a mixed used building that has retail shops on the first floor and 20 lofts on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Enjoy several restaurants, coffee shops, one-of-a-kind bouquets along with fantastic views of the Downtown skyline. This loft is the top corner with 13 windows, 12-foot ceilings and lots of exposed brick. There is a dedicated parking space included. Also wifi and streaming.
