Double booked

Someone’s personal belongings was already in apartment. I missed my convention trying to book another place, it was a terrible experience I will never book again.

Andrea Bocelli Concert

My husband and I rented this condo when we were in Indianapolis to attend an Andrea Bocelli concert. The location was perfect as it is only a few blocks to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The condo was very clean and had all the items in the kitchen that we needed. There was a parking ramp directly across from the condo....not cheap but the owner provided us with a cash back to help offset the cost. There are a LOT of restaurants and bars close by so you don't have to cook. I would stay here again if I was ever in Indianapolis for any event.

Not an ideal stay

The directions for getting in and accessing keys to the apartment were not accurate and the cleaning crew had not been in. Jahni was quick to respond and it was cleaned within two hours. Unfortunately, the hall had an overwhelming smell of pot which they tried to mask with air fresheners in the apartment. This is not a good combination for someone with asthma. Jahni was understanding of our need to leave early.

IDEAL LOCATION!!

The renting process is very user friendly. The owner was very accommodating to our flight schedules during the check-in and check-out processes. He was always available to respond to any questions or issues that might arise. The modern keyless unit was well stock with all types amenities and very clean. It is exactly how it is described in VRBO promotion. The space is great for two people. The unit is located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis giving you the option of walking to many great places, like restaurants, hotels, convention center, etc. or using a Uber/Lyft. We were in town for our sorority,Sigma Gamma Rho Incorporated, Centennial Boule Celebration and this unit was a blessing to our overall experience.
