Cheerful 2 bedroom home with parking on premises

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is located near downtown Indianapolis, and minutes away from so much more. We offer 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bath, kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, parking, large yard, and soon will have much more added. This is my first airbnb. So I ask that you bare with us as we will be adding much more as time goes on. We would love to see you have a great stay with us. Welcome to Indy.

Perfect Proximity

This cozy neighborhood home is a perfect location for quick, easy access to downtown Indianapolis sites and venues. Excellent communication with host. Would stay here again in the future.

Charming and cute

This house was simple but comfortable. It provided everything we needed and Josiah was a good host. The neighborhood was modest and quiet. The location was super close to the natatorium (only 6-7 minutes). Young rose bushes have been planted around the house and fence. I'm sure it will be pretty later this spring.

Nice cozy house located in a quite neighborhood and only a 5 minute drive to the Lucas Oil Stadium. The house had everything we needed for stay. Will book again next time we come to Indy!

Perfect cozy retreat

Nice house in quiet neighborhood with a perfect backyard for the dog. We were in town for Special Olympics Summer Games and the house was perfect for our stay. Our pooch loved running around the yard and we were able to relax on the patio each evening. House was clean and suited our small family. We will look forward to staying here again!

Great experience overall, nice neighborhood, the host was great at accommodating my family and myself. We have dogs so the fenced in yard was very convenient for the dogs. I highly recommend to anyone!
