Cheerful 2 bedroom home with parking on premises

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is located near downtown Indianapolis, and minutes away from so much more. We offer 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 bath, kitchen with cookware, utensils and dishes, parking, large yard, and soon will have much more added. This is my first airbnb. So I ask that you bare with us as we will be adding much more as time goes on. We would love to see you have a great stay with us. Welcome to Indy.

The host was a great communicator; we had to add a day last minute and was very accommodating. The house itself was great, a fenced in yard for the small dog, cookware, extra blankets, etc. 5-7 minute drive to anywhere downtown and convenient for UBER etc. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

Perfect cozy retreat

Nice house in quiet neighborhood with a perfect backyard for the dog. We were in town for Special Olympics Summer Games and the house was perfect for our stay. Our pooch loved running around the yard and we were able to relax on the patio each evening. House was clean and suited our small family. We will look forward to staying here again!
