Perfect Comfy Bungalow

All the TV’s are smart and if you have a Firestick or any game system they will work. We provide basic TV only but do provide wireless WiFi. This little house has all the amenities of a Home Away from Home. This comfortable 2 BR bungalow is located less than 2 miles from I-465 interstate. It's 1 mile south of Historic Ft. Harrison State Park and The Fort golf course. Three minutes from ITT, the IU Medical center, The Finance Center, LA Fitness, YMCA, and the Lawrence Soccer fields. About 10 minutes away Community North Hospital Campus. It's less than 15 minutes to downtown Indianapolis. It is 24 minutes to the International Airport. This house is a NON-SMOKING, vaping, cigar or any other substance in the home. However, there are plenty of areas outside to smoke. Unfortunately we do not allow pets. You have the complete home to use. Internet and basic TV. Desk space for work. There are two areas for guest to smoke outside only. There is a gas grill for your use along with a wood fire pit in the backyard for your use too. We just added a nice front porch deck area for your enjoyment too. The neighborhood is a quiet well established one. Some of the eating establishments and Micro Breweries are less than 5 minutes away. We provide a coffee Kurig machine for your convenience along with a variety of coffee choices and tea. We also provide a complimentary bottle of wine for your pleasure for our multiple nite reservations.
As previously stated. for the comfort and health of all of our guests, this is a
NO SMOKING home. If you are going to have a problem respecting that, please don't ask us for accommodations.

The house was very clean. Cathy was very helpful upon our arrival and her and Jim went above and beyond with the amenities, we were pleasantly surprised with that! This is perfect if you are wanting or needing to be close to the city but don’t want to be right in the city. The neighborhood is nice and fairly quiet. We would 100% stay here again.

Adorable Bungalow

This little bungalow was the perfect spot for us. We chose it because of its proximity to our kids and new granddaughter- it was perfect! The other reviews said it was clean and well appointed and they were right. The hosts were also very easy to work with for booking, checkin, and checkout. Will definitely consider staying again.

Exactly what we needed!

We wanted to be near Lawrence to visit our kids. This brick cottage is cozy and well appointed. It has everything you need for a stay. We would book here again in a heartbeat!

PERFECT PROPERTY

This was a GREAT little house. Beds were extremely comfortable. The long driveway eased the worries of parking. Thank you for the bottle of wine which was enjoyed at the fire on a beautiful fall evening. This will DEFINITELY be a place to return when we are back in the area.

Grand Nationals

The home was so comfortable, and clean. It was close to everything. We went to Broad Ripple and the home was close to the hotel where our child’s Marching band stayed. The home is close to the Lucas Oil Stadium where we watched the Grand National championships for Marching Bands. I’d recommend this place !

Clean nice place. Would be good for a little family of four. The TVs are HDMI, not smart. The twin beds are narrow. Kitchen is very well stocked. It was nice to have shampoo provided. Quiet street.

Sweet bungalow for the eclipse

We spent two nights in this darling bungalow during the eclipse and found it fit our needs beautifully. My grandson enjoyed the remote control beds and we found the covered patio to be perfect for pre-eclipse activities and games. Nicely equipped and furnished and very clean. Also just minutes from the lovely Fort Harrison State Park. The house, despite being on a somewhat busy street, was very quiet inside - was not disturbed at all by road noise. The neighborhood is also very quiet.

Amazing Experience

We loved staying here!!! The owners are amazing people and went over the top to ensure our stay was perfect, and it was. The property was beautiful and very cozy. My wife, 2 kids, and I were very comfortable in this house. The owners even went to the trouble to set up cornhole and lawn chairs in the back yard for us to enjoy during our stay. Mrs. Cathy and Mr. Jim checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed and suggested places we could visit locally during our trip. We were in town for a youth bowling event and Mr. Jim took an opportunity to watch my son bowl during a practice session one day and offered him some tips, awesome people. I told my wife if we ever moved to Indianapolis I know where I would want to live. You will not be disappointed staying here.

A GEM in Indianapolis

This is a delightful place to stay while in Indianapolis! It is decorated beautifully (pictures don't do it justice). Cathy couldn't have been more wonderful to deal with. She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. She met us when we arrived and explained a little about the house and answered any questions we had. It was Lunar New Year and since my two grandchildren are adopted from China we asked about Chinese restaurants nearby. She made several suggestions, we picked one and celebrated as if we were back home.She prepared and left in the refrigerator a snack tray along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There was even a bottle of wine and glasses left on the dining room table! There were 3 adults and 2 children (5 and 9) in our group and we never felt crowded. There is a queen bed in one bedroom, a comfortable futon in the other and the sofa opens to a queen in the living room. The kitchen is stocked with good quality cookware and utensils. Also the home was spotless. Again, we couldn't have been more pleased with this Indianapolis gem! We will definitely book a return visit!
