We enjoyed our stay at Jim's home. It was in a really convenient location for the Fairgrounds, had easy street parking right outside the house, and we loved having the park there to take the dogs out. It's also close to a number of spots to get food or drinks.

Loved the place exactly what we were looking for when coming to Indy. Only suggestion I would add is a TV in bedroom and a couple of fans in the rooms. Other than that is was great!

The location is really convenient. The things that mattered were clean. The aesthetic was nice. Cooking at the home was easy. The upstairs beds were really comfortable. The host was responsive and accommodating.The floors and walls were dirty and the place needed a good dusting. There was heavy rain while we were there and had water dripping from the attic and into one bedroom through the window. The stair rail didn’t feel very secure. The twin beds weren’t comfortable and the pillows were really flat- good for kids but not adults.

This home needs a "refresh" for sure. The inside of the home needs paint....bad. There's a few small holes in the walls. The rug needs to be replaced. The iron handrail going upstairs was "sticky". Lights not working in one of the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms. The stainless steel appliances were not clean, Heavy dust on the dining room chandelier and the fan in our bedroom. Looked like dirty linens in the bedroom closet. We a figuring he doesn't have a cleaning service, maybe doing a quick cleaning by himself.We all thought of our days of being in a frat house.The check in was good and the beds were comfortable.Needless to say, no I wouldn't stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days out. The host truly thought of everything — even providing extras like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Those thoughtful touches made us feel very welcome and at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Cute home with lots of character! The layout was great with lounge area downstairs and lovely bright and comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We loved our stay. Will surely miss sipping coffee on the porch. The owner was also easy to reach which is great. Surely recommend the home.
