Short drive to downtown Indianapolis, Fountain Square, Mass Ave, etc. Newly redone inside and out with all the amenities you could need or want for a comfortable stay. Work from home with free Wi-Fi in the private office upstairs, enjoy the covered front and back porches, or just enjoy the sprawling, fenced 3 acre property. Good for families, groups or a quiet getaway.

This property is private and secluded in a beautiful park-like setting with mature trees and a fenced-in 3 acre yard. It has been completely remodeled inside and out with all new flooring, countertops, tile, carpeting, bathrooms, everything! There are two living rooms each equipped with smart TV’s - one upstairs and one on the main floor in the open-plan living space. Enjoy the covered front and back porches with outdoor seating, dining and even a fire pit out back!
