Nice older home. Great walkable neighborhood in the Broad River area. We had a great time at Octoberfest at the Vogue, and a fun time decorating gym shoes at Kicasso! We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

The property was like home from home. Everything was spotlessly clean, the host was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is very nice and close to Broad Ripple shops and the dog park (hint: you need to pay for key fob access to the dog park). The fenced in back yard was wonderful for the dog.It was so nice I stayed another week.

We were in town for a visit to Butler. We appreciated that the rental is dog friendly with a fenced yard. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants close by.

Charming house! Comfortable beds and great location in a residential area of Broad Ripple. We were visiting Butler University and appreciated the proximity to campus and to restaurants in Broad Ripple.

Adorable home in a great location! Close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. Stayed for a baseball tournament at Grand Park, was about 25 minutes away. Would stay again. Host was lovely, made us feel very comfortable bringing our dog. Clean and comfy!

Host is very receptive to questions. Home is very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood, easy drive to city or country. Love the large fenced backyard for our dog. One of our best VRBO homes!

Very nice home, great location, and a wonderful host who couldn’t have been nicer.Great parking, very close Broadripple Ave, Kessler, College Ave and great restaurants. Fast easily accessible Net, Pet friendly, all-in-all a great stay for us.Very clean home!!Would definitely stay there again.Tim
