About the host
Hosted by Keely Phelps

Keely’s from a small town east of Columbus, OH. Greg’s from Indy. We met over 30 years ago at a comedy club. Cause the first thing you think of when you hear, comedy club, is pickup joint, lol. We spend our free time backpacking, evolving our yard, and hanging out at the lake.
Why they chose this property
Broad Ripple is centrally located, artistic community with diverse restaurants and shops. It’s very walkable. The neighborhoods are older, more established and architecturally diverse. Especially as you travel north and west. The Monon, a paved rails to trails project, runs through Broad Rippl from Westfield Indiana and continues all the way downtown. The central canal is a short walk from the Rosslyn Retreat. There is a crushed limestone trail that runs south past Butler University and the Art Museum.
It's easy to get around town from Rosslyn. Kessler Blvd splits the City East and West. Meridian Street splits the city North and south.

What makes this property unique
I love the fireplace and the private back yard. We just bought the home in September 2024. We're in the process of diversifying the flower gardens and planting beds.
