The neighborhood is wonderful! Great safe place to walk around and enjoy yourself and the scenery. Large grocery store and delicious restaurants a block away! Amazing atmosphere right down the street! There's a local park just north of the house as well with plenty of hiking trails!

There is a bus stop that picks you up directly across the street from the house. You can take it north or south for only $2 to go visit different parts of the city. Can take you all the way downtown in about 25 minutes (with stops).

The stairs going up to the master bedroom are a bit steep compared to normal steps, just FYI! It's nothing crazy steep but they are more steep than usual.
