Stay active in the exercise room or focus in the private office. Step outside to the private pool, play basketball or volleyball, or sit by a campfire. Pricing Terms:

• Our prices do not apply to Events. If you would like to host an Event on the Premises, including hosting people not staying on the Premise message us the details, and we can discuss it.



• We do not permit parties with open invitations to the public or posting the property or address on social media. Collecting entry fees on the Premises is prohibited.



• You are responsible for cleaning up after your Event. For Events over 25 people with a scheduled ending time later than 2 hours before dusk, you will be required to either (i) book Saturday night if the Event is on Friday or (ii) reserve a 2-hour late checkout for $100.



• There is a mandatory extra trash fee of $25 for all Events or any accommodation involving more than 16 people.



• Other Event fees may apply and are determined based on the nature and details of the Event.







Booking Requirements:

Occupancy Agreement: You are required to sign an Occupancy Agreement, which includes the Property Rules, that governs the terms of your stay. Your reservation may be canceled by Host if you do not return the executed Occupancy Agreement within 72 hours of receipt or by 12pm on your check-in day, whichever is earlier. You may not check in prior to Host receiving the executed Occupancy Agreement.
