Great home. A must place to stay

Home was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The front porch was our happy place. We were a group of college friends to watch the Fever play and explore the city. Would definitely return and recommend all check it out.

Great place for gathering

We had 5 families that were very comfortable having a great gathering space as well as the bedroom space to get away from everyone if needed. The kids loved the upstairs entertainment area.

Fun in indy

This house is in a great location, close enough to The Garage to walk, can hop on the bike/walk path and just five minute drive to downtown. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Fully furnished kitchen with coffee pot and Keurig, soaps in bathrooms and very fluffy towels. Hot tub was bubbling! Will definitely stay again.

Great for family get togethers

We were in Indy for a family wedding with folks coming from various places. The location was close to the wedding venue, but also plenty of places to eat and play in close proximity. House was large enough for spending time together (and apart).

Grand Nationals Band trip

We stayed in Indy for four nights to attend a band competition at Lucas Oil Stadium. 9 of us stayed at the home. It was close to the stadium area and in a very safe area. Newly remodeled, and very clean. We also appreciated the amenities like shampoo/conditioner in the showers, coffee and bottles of water, and snacks in the kitchen! We will plan to stay again when we return to Indy.

Cute Neighborhood in a Great Location

The house and yard are beautiful and well maintained and the house is more spacious than I expected. There is a beautiful front porch and a really nice deck on the back of the house. The host was quick to reply to any questions. The house is extremely well stocked with snacks, coffee & creamers, housewares and bathroom supplies. The location is just outside of downtown with plenty of restaurants close by. I would recommend this home to everyone and hope to stay here again on our next trip back to Indianapolis.

Awesome “Gathering Place” in Indy!

The Gathering Place was exactly as advertised. The whole house is modernized and upscale. The kitchen had every amenity you could want or need. A nice touch by the property manager was bottled water in the fridge and tons of snacks for the kids. Coffee and creamer were plentiful. All of the bedrooms came with TVs. The master bathroom had an incredibly big shower. The game room on the 3rd floor was neat with the Pac-Man game and air hockey. The back patio is amazing, complete with hot tub. Wish the weather was warmer to enjoy more of it. The property seems like it is in a nice area. Close to downtown and the children’s museum. We visited The Garage which was a cool area very close by. The only negatives were we found a child’s pillow in one of the bedrooms probably from a former renter. Some of the end tables and the living room TV felt wobbly. The hot tub headrests were missing or found floating in the water. Overall our experience was amazing and would 100% stay here for another visit to Indianapolis.

Great location with lots of amenities like a hot tub and comfortable outdoor seating areas. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to messages. Great place to stay in Indianpolis.

Holiday Weekend Getaway

This place is excellent—so much room and things for everyone. We played air hockey all hours of the day and night. There was a bedroom upstairs for the kids, with an entertainment area to play their Xbox and games: a big living room, kitchen, and dining area. We watched football in the hot tub with a video projector. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. We ran out of dishwasher pods, and she delivered them within an hour. We told her we were going to Kroger anyway, but she still delivered. I would recommend 10/10 and will be staying again.

Above and beyond

Beautiful home, comfortable beds and furnishings, they yhought of everything! Snacks and waters were an extra nice touch. We had 6 people with 5 staying so more than enough room. Hot tub and table firepit was nice on a cold December night. Highly recommend!

Perfect Retreat

This beautiful home was the perfect place for our stay. Plenty of room to get some quite alone time, and great spaces to gather for meals, conversation, and games. The place was clean and well appointed with items needed to cook meals and the complimentary snacks were nice to grab on the go. We had all the groceries we needed for our stay delivered from a nearby Kroger and it was so convenient (and inexpensive) not to have to eat every meal out. The host was very responsive to questions and immediately corrected one small issue we had with a dead battery on a room lock. Looking forward to staying here on our next visit!

Great place close to downtown!

This property was the perfect choice for our group of 5. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well-stocked with everything we could need. It was clean and comfortable. It was convenient to many locations downtown As a group of 5 women, we felt safe and pampered!
