The house was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the pet friendly aspect for our two spoiled Aussiedoodles. The privacy fenced in back yard was awesome. Will definitely try to stay again when we are in the area visiting family.

House was well stocked, many seasonings, coffee, sugar, some foil and things. Several rolls of paper towels. Bathroom had shampoo conditioner soap and items in case you forgot something. Yard was great for our dogs. We had a fire one night and had several family members for pizza another night and had plenty of room. Very nice amount of seating inside and out. House is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Special thanks to the host for allowing us to have family gather. We visit family in the area every year and will book this house again.

This was an absolutely fantastic rental! Everything we could possibly needeas there, except for clothing. LOLThe furnishings, amenities, and comfort were top notch!We loved that it was pet friendly and in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. When I tell you that you literally ONLY need to bring your clothing, I am not kidding. The property owner supplied everything.... right down to toothpaste, razors, and qtips! We will definitely stay here again.

The house was modern and clean. We found the bed to be comfortable. We also enjoyed that the backyard was completely fenced in with a privacy fence. It was a great experience, and we would choose this house again in the future.

Modern Hidden Gem

Visited PRI for the weekend, the house is very clean and tidy. It is also nestled in a very nice small town and there was plenty to do during our visit. Look forward to coming back.

Enjoyed our stay!

Older home that's been renovated. However, the windows were not replaced and they allow drafts of air from outside. It was chilly by every window. Overall, it was perfect for our stay. Would stay there again!

Everything about our stay was awesome and we will absolutely stay here again.The host was very attentive to all communication and quick to respond. Also very accommodating to our needs as guests with children.The home was very clean and well stocked. Extra amenities such as a pack n play, high chair, sound machine, baby monitor, and more were extremely helpful.Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, counter top appliances. The seasoning cabinet was full!Fenced in back yard with plenty of outdoor seating, fire pit, and grill was a nice addition to our stay.

This pet friendly property is great for 4 legged friends as well as their humans. The enclosed yard with privacy fence was perfect for us and our pup. We took advantage of the fire pit nightly with local family members. Communication with the host was quick and satisfactory. Great house with everything we needed. Located 5 minutes away from restaurants, markets and many different stores making it easy to grab food and anything else we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Rosie Roots in Greenfield, IN. Very cute place, all updated inside and very clean. They thought of everything and it’s so organized. Wonderful privacy fenced in back yard for our dogs. Very close to our granddaughter’s home so I’m sure we will be back. My only regret comment… the mattress on the king bed in the big bedroom was very firm and too hard for me.

Hosts anticipate your every need! Plenty of everything you need/want while staying somewhere away from home - like being at home even though you aren't LOL! Including bathroom spray! This host sets the standard for others to follow!

Weekend family getaway

House was clean and perfectly stocked with all our needs. Fenced in back yard was great for our dog. The host’s communication was prompt and helpful. The windows are old and we felt drafts coming from them. Location was close to downtown Indy which allowed for a short drive into the city. Beds were also very comfortable! We would stay again.

This place was located close to the main drag with plenty of stores and restaurants. Owner was on top of responding with any correspondence. It was very clean and organized! No need to bring anything from home but your personal belonings.

Has everything you would need

After i checked in, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was plenty of room for me and my 2 coworkers. The house hase everything thatwe needed. I was actually shocked on everything they had, didn't needed to actually pack everything that i did. Will definitely try to get this place again if i come back.
