With three bathrooms, guests can enjoy plenty of space and privacy. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, guests will find this charming house a welcoming retreat. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. High speed wifi internet, full size washer and dryer, shopping plaza 5min away, close to Daniel's Vineyard, 1mile bike ride away from Fort Harrison State Park and the YMCA! 24min drive to downtown Indianapolis! 8min drive to Lawrence Soccer Park if coming in for a tournament! If the timing works out, I'd be happy to meet you at the #1 Children's museum in the world to let 2 free guests in at the Indianapolis Children's Museum downtown! Our city is America's sports capital and known as the Racing Capital of the world! We have so much to offer I can't wait to share it with everyone!

Trash day is Tuesday at 7:00am. The trash can is on the side of the house. Please set it out to curb Monday night if your stay happens to land on trash day. Recycle bin is in the garage.
Feel free to leave unwanted liquor or condiments to build a fun convenient inventory for future guests. :)
