It’s a garage looking building on the outside but with stylish accommodations on the inside. Call it a garage so that you will say it was the coolest garage you ever stayed in. Two bedrooms featuring 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, along with 1.5 bathrooms. If you never used a bidet you will if you stay here. It’s a game changer. Lol. Add in a private garage, WIFI, advanced Kitchenette, coffee etc… You came to INDY for a reason. Whether you are coming for business or just pleasure, downtown Indy is only a 5 minute drive away and you are at the center of everything.

Really comfortable and homey - much nicer furnishings and decor than most similar rentals. The amenities were fantastic and the location was also very convenient. Bill sent us clear and detailed check-in and checkout directions, making everything easy and hassle-free. If I could give six stars I would.

Had a fantastic stay at The Conclave Experience\! The owner was friendly and thoughtful, leaving plenty of water and food for us\. The home was clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and exactly as advertised, with comfortable beds, nice TVs, a well\-equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay\. The location made it easy to explore Indianapolis, and the garage\-door entrance was a unique touch\. Everything went smoothly from start to finish—I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it! Thanks again Bill!

The place is very unique. The parking is awesome! It is super close to downtown staples like Quills, The Stutz, Mass Ave. and the Library. If you want a super easy in and out downtown location that is a good combo of walking and driving. This is place. Kitchen is cool, would be great for friends. Our family loved the communication, comfortable rooms, and quiet space this close to downtown.

Weekend in Indy

Can’t say enough how I was impressed with our host and the facility! Everything was extremely clean and tip top. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were immaculate. Location was great. This is a hidden gem and will be my choice when I’m back in town. Thank you so much!!

Bill was great. From booking, to communication, to making sure that we felt right at home. I love that our "monster" truck (8ft tall f350) could fit in the garage. What a huge piece of mind that our truck wasn't out on the street during our stay. Beds were comfortable, shower was awesome, kitchen and living space was perfect. Space is unique and eclectic but in all the right ways. Bill was amazing as a host, and when we are in Indy again for Supercross, or any other reason, we will stay here or one of his other properties. What a great experience from booking to checkout! I cannot say enough great things about Bill as a host or about his space.

If you're looking for an affordable and relaxing place to stay this is the place for you. Our host Bill was awesome with communication and making sure the house was cleaned to perfection before our check in. The neighborhood was peaceful and we even met and made friends with some of them. Short commute to Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the race. 10 out of 10 for this stay!
