Well-tried natural materials such as stone and wood were used as building materials.
Alpine lifestyle ensures maximum comfort inside so that our guests can relax and feel good.
A large window front ensures brightness and connects the living room with the panoramic terrace, which invites you to linger with a whirlpool and a great view of the Merano valley basin.
A spacious fireplace in the middle of the living room provides warmth and comfort in winter.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienunterkunft sehr genossen!Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, und es war alles da, was man braucht. Besonders herzlich war der Gastgeber – super freundlich und immer bemüht.

Das Charlet ist sehr schön, jedoch etwas außerhalb gelegen. Leider hat der Whirlpool nicht sofort funktioniert. Wir konnten ihn an 4 von 7 Tagen nicht nutzen und auf die Frage nach einem Entgegenkommen oder einer Entschädigung dafür vergriff sich Familie Kaufmann sowohl im Ton als auch im Ausdruck uns gegenüber.Es ist leider - entgegen der Beschreibung - keine Waschmaschine im Haus vorhanden, lediglich ein kostenpflichtiger Wäscheservice wird angeboten. Es ist auch kein zusätzlicher Pool vorhanden, sondern nur der kostenfreie Eintritt für das öffentliche Freibad gemeint.

Gemütliches Chalet oberhalb des Passeiertales
Das Chalet liegt oberhalb des Passeiertales zwischen Schenna und Verdins mit einem tollen Blick nach Dorftirol und ins Vinschgau. Das Chalet ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Tage mit Gewitter konnte man gut verbringen. Aufmerksame, aber nicht aufdringliche Betreuung durch Fam. Kaufmann. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit ausgezeichneter Ausstattung und wunderbarer Aussicht über das Paseiertal!
Völlig abseits vom Trubel einer Stadt geniest man ein wunderbar ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage mit Abendsonne auf den großen Balkon! Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus macht An- und Abreise zum Vergnügen! Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt kaum Wünsche offen, selbst Weine der Region sind vorhanden und können gegen Bezahlung natürlich genossen werden. Die Vermieter und Hofbesitzer Fam. Kaufmann sind bestrebt den Benutzern einen schönen Urlaub zu gewährleisten, sind supernett und sehr umgänglich, dabei aber auch kaum wahrzunehmen. An der Stelle nochmal unser herzlicher Dank! Wir waren zum skifahren in der Region mit Kindern und Enkeln und konnten damit auch die wunderbaren Möglichkeiten der Region Südtirol im Winter in vollen Zügen genießen!
