Terrific location and very pleasant clean apartment

The apartment is very well located just a 10 -15 minute walk or short bus ride to the centre of Tübingen. It is very clean and pleasant to stay in and ideal for small families. The host is very helpful and obliging. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Really wonderful property in a very lovely town.

The host (Caroline Ademi) was the best I have encountered and very easy to communicate with. The apartment and building is bright, spotless and comfortable and in easy walking distance to town. There were plenty of things to do in the town and surrounding area. Lots of photo opportunities in Türbingen! We had rented a car and there was a parking space provided. Highly recommend this experience.

Great Location

This apartment was located in a wonderful location right next door to a bakery, and within easy walking distance to old town Tubingen. It was excellent! My only issues were with help from the owners. We were Americans, and only spoke English. The owner was not readily available, and was not very fluent in English. We had a number of things come up, where we had to figure things out ourselves, which could have been very easy with some help. We asked for some help with washer and dryer and were told "read the manual". We needed some help with the TV...again "read the manual". If you are fluent in German, these MAY not be issues for you.

Super Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Optimal ist, dass man einen eigenen Parkplatz hat und nicht mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt fahren muss, da in 2 Minuten fußläufig eine Bushaltestelle ist, von der im Minutentakt Busse fahren, samstags sogar kostenlos. Auch die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung, alles hat gepasst

Die Fewo liegt nahe der Altstadt, Supermarkt, Bäcker , Restaurants sind fußläufig zu errichen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sie liegt zwar an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, allerdings liegen beide Schlafräume nach hinten,also hatten wir damit kein Problem. Der Parkplatz gleich am Haus ist ein großer Pluspunkt, niemand will sich Stress mit der Suche danach machen :-)) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns, dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Tübingen hatten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung, ein guter Ausgangspunkt um Tübingen zu erkunden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, Bäckerei auf der anderen Straßenseite und ein Fußweg von ca. 15-20 min in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Infos von der Vermieterin zum Zugang zur Wohnung kamen sehr rechtzeitig an.

This apartment is well constructed and well equipped. Comfortable beds and functional furniture and appliances. Good instructions about getting into the apartment. Some issues with lack of hot water for a shower. We didn’t know in advance about road construction that made getting to the apartment more difficult. We would book again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Busanbindung in die Innenstadt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Nähe zum Österberg und somit zur Natur. Hier kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen! Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Baustelle direkt vor der Tür und die generell laute Straße, die aber auch nur bei geöffneten Fenstern zu hören war.

großzügige Ferienwohnung

sehr schöne und großzügige FW, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Trotz Lage an einer befahrenen Straße sehr ruhig, Schlafzimmer liegen auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Sehr schöne Loggia. Innenstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle allerdings auch fast vor der Tür. Für uns ein klitzekleines Manko, dass im Wohnzimmer keine Lese-/Stehlampe vorhanden war.
