A sparkling swimming pool, verdant grounds, and bright, airy spaces: everything has been designed to comfortably accommodate 12 guests in a refined and welcoming atmosphere. In this guesthouse, every detail tells the story of a region with a unique charm. With its six carefully furnished bedrooms and generous living areas, you have the perfect space to share special moments with family or friends. Just a short drive away, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant city of Toulouse, the "Pink City," admire its Capitole, and stroll along the Garonne River. Let yourself be charmed by the medieval streets of Rieux-Volvestre (25 km), a true heritage gem. In the Lèze Valley, you'll find plenty to do: swimming or hiking from Aouach (5km), the Auterive Adventure treetop adventure park (13km), and the Muret swimming lake (17km) (or Aqualudia!). The charming village of Saint-Sulpice-sur-Lèze is 7km away. This two-story cottage features an entrance from the former dovecote, a living room with a foosball table and fireplace, a kitchen/dining room (and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer), five bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, two 90x190cm beds that can be joined together, three with 90x190cm beds, two of which are bunk beds, one with a 160x200cm bed, and one with a small ensuite shower room), a bathroom/WC, and a separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine living room with TV and desk, and bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm). Shared 12x5m swimming pool, fenced and open from mid-June to mid-September. The owners live in the main part of the Château; you share the grounds with them. -20% discount for all bookings of 6 people or fewer (3 bedrooms closed)!
