Enjoy our luxurious, immaculate and clean Tres Regalos 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1500 Sq. ft., 1st floor poolside condo. See the Pacific Ocean, hear the waves! Quiet, private end of Jaco Beach. Excellent security, fully equipped, only 30 units.

Relax on our large terrace (with privacy blinds), walk 15 feet to the pool, 100 feet to the beach. Unobstructed ocean view. Exceptional security on both sides of the complex. Being on the first floor eliminates any worries about non functioning elevators.

You will enjoy all of the modern conveniences that we have to offer: 3 Spacious bedrooms, Marble bathrooms, plenty of closets, Wi Fi charging station, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Central Air Conditioning, flat screen cable TV’s, wireless internet, and exceptionally stocked kitchen. Pool side BBQ available. Not to mention a very good and friendly staff on site. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

We have lived full time in Costa Rica for 27 years and have now decided to make Jaco and Tres Regalos our go to vacation spot. We are experienced enough to answer any of your questions.

Jaco Beach is a great tourist destination as it offers everything you want to do: surfing , fishing, hiking, horse back tours, waterfall tours, zip lining, 4 wheeling and much more. Hundreds of shops and restaurants for all budgets and many within walking distance of or condo. Car not needed as Taxi's are cheap and town is only a few minutes away by car and 10 to 20 minutes walking, either directly on the beach or by the road.

If you are a gambler, Crocs Casino is open to the public and right next door, only a 1 minute walk via the beach. Just minutes away you can walk to Monkey beach and see the monkeys as Scarlet Macaws fly overhead. Incredibly beautiful. The most visited and beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park is only 45 minutes away.Carara National Wildlife Preserve/park is only 20 minutes away.

You are also only about 1 hour from San Jose and 1 and 1/2 hours to the airport. We offer transportation to and from the airport (by request)

Perfect spot for a winter escape

A great condo complex containing everything you need. If you love long beach walks and a location close to all the amenities of Jaco yet quiet enough to relax in, this is the ideal place. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Jaco Paradise

We loved our stay in Jaco. As a first time traveler with family to Costa Rica, this place was perfect. Everything our family of four needed to enjoy Costa Rica. Our only regret was we spent so much time seeing the sights in/around Jaco, we barely spent any time in Bob's condo other than sleeping. We made sure an enjoyed every evening sunset on the beach followed by a nice dip in the pool afterwards though!

Wonderful Time!

The property was exactly as listed. Celine the property manager is incredibly thorough, polite and incredibly helpful. The condo complex is in a wonderful location, so close to the beach and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this property - absolute 5 stars.

My wife and I moved from Wisconsin to Costa Rica full time in 1993. We lived full time in Costa Rica for 27 years. Most of those years were spent in the mountains south of Dominical. We built our home there on 17 acres in 1998 and enjoyed the wildlife and excellent ocean views. In 2003 I purchased 350 acres now known as The Hills of Portalon Estates. Today, almost 20 years later, I am in the final stages of finishing that life's dream. The Hills of Portalon now boasts about 40 ocean view lots. Now that we have aged somewhat, we felt that Jaco Beach, being so close to San Jose, would be a good alternative for a vacation rental. Once we explored the town and especially the northern end of the beach, we fell in love with Tres Regalos Condominiums. The location is excellent, the beach on the north end is the best and it doesn't have all of the hustle and bustle that the center of Jaco offers.
