Great Surf Spot in Jaco!

Our family stayed here for a week and loved how close we were to the south side of Jaco beach! We could walk out the back gate and the water was right there! Puddlefish Brewery along with a great little coffee shop were just around the corner. Downtown Jaco was an easy 5 minute drive.The home itself was modern, clean and comfortable, and communication with the hosts was excellent! The complex is in a gated community and we felt very safe.I highly recommend this home if you are looking for a family friendly location on the beach!

Best location for everything Costa Rica

You can't miss with this beautifully appointed Condo on South Jaco. We came with family and friends for mostly a surfing trip but did many other adventures as well. There are so many close amenities that are just a short walk away....restaurants...grocery....beach. The Condo is extremely well appointed with everything you need and more. This is pretty much a 5-Star resort for you and your friends. Bonus...a lap pool. We are already planning our return.

Outstanding!

The property manager and owners had wonderful communication and were very quick to respond. The location was great for popping into town or over to the local brewery. Easy beach access and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Surfing lessons within walking distance also! The home is clean and the property is maintained daily. We had 6 of us stay and it was the perfect size. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked cupboards. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved it! Everything was fabulous from the minute we booked until after we left. Petra and Anca were on top of everything and responded quickly to every question we asked - including providing spot-on recommendations for where to go and what to do. The house is lovely and a stone's throw from the beach. It was very well-appointed - we didn't need anything. In fact, we bought things we thought we might need and they were already on site. We brought all 4 kids ranging in age from college to middle school and stayed 7 days and it never felt cramped. So glad we listened to the other reviews and chose this place.

The villa has high speed internet which makes it perfect if you choose to work from here. This small gated community, that our house is a part of, offers everything you need to relax and disconnect from your busy everyday routine.
Envision waking up every morning, surrounded by green mountains, matured trees, to the sound of the ocean and soaring Macaws, Beachside Casa Yara is a piece of paradise!
