Umgebung super. Zustand der Wohnung nicht gut. Gardinen hingen runter. Geschirr und Kochutensilien unvollständig und alt. Zur Selbstverpflegung haben wir einen Bachofen vermisst. Möbel ungepflegt und Alt.

Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem ok. Super Lage mit Meerblick, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Tram Haltestelle. Nette Mitarbeiter im Büro. Über die Brücke ist der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Appartement dringend aan vernieuwing toe

Dampkap werkte niet goed. Water pompsteen, lavabos, liep weg - In douche weer niet (putje?). Batterijen brandalarm bijna leeg, het bleef piepen. Drie keer 24/7 kltnsrvce nr gebeld, doorverbonden nr engelstalige support, niemand aan del lijn (15m per x gewacht!). Keukengerei, gordijnen, meubilair ondermaats. Vorig jaar op 9de fantastisch apptmt gehuurd. Interhome, neem verantwoordelijkheid door deftige screening vr verhuur. Beoordeling is geen klacht = ontlopen verantwoordelijkheid. Mvg

Viel Luft nach oben

Wir waren schon sehr enttäuscht von dieser Wohnung. Als wir ankamen und aus dem Lift stiegen roch es schon sehr intensiv nach Toilette, in der Wohnung verstärkte sich der Geruch. Es stellte sich heraus, dass der Gestank aus der Dusche kam, nachdem wir Wasser in der Dusche laufen ließen wurde es etwas besser. Wir hatten bezogene Betten bestellt, das hatte man aber vergessen, wir wurden gebeten uns noch zwei Stunden zu gedulden bis die Betten bezogen wurden. Leider kann ich nicht mehr schreiben!!!

Bel appartement hyper lumineux. Bien situé accès et garage très aisé. Accueil bureau chaleureux et pratique. Double terrasse beau living . Il manque un four traditionnel, un lecteur DVD, Point négatif : la douche n'évacue pas l'eau ! Appartement propre à l'arrivée, rien à dire sur l'hygiène. Coté sympa : petit marché au pied de l'immeuble le mardi matin Nous conseillons vivement ce logement.

Zeer tevreden. Vatbaar voor herhaling. Hebben dan ook al geboekt voor volgend jaar. Hopen dat er dan geen hittegolf meer is, want in de namiddag schijnt de zon in living binnen:heet. Met een digicorder zouden wij heel blij zijn.

mooi en ruim mooi uitzicht zo wel in de living als in de slaapkamer. ik had de indruk dat er slecht gekuist was de lakens van de vorige mensen lagen nog voor het bed de afloop van de douche liep zeer slecht weg je stond met de voeten in het water bij het douchen.

prachtig zicht en slechte staat van interieur

Heel mooi zicht. Geen stofzuiger, onvoldoende keukengerief, verstopte douche, zetelbed vol vlekken, kleine tv zonder faciliteiten enz..

We would like to ensure you that as a result of your comments, the necessary improvements have taken place. New kitchen utensils have been supplied and are now available for use. The shower underwent a thorough deep cleaning and after treatment is confirmed to no longer clog anymore. We are also happy to inform you that a brand new sofa bed has been purchased and installed.
