This beautiful vacation home is located just minutes from the beach in a very prestigious residential area.
The accommodation offers 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious living/dining area. The accommodation is also equipped with 2 dishwashers. There is a 75 inch TV in the living room and a 55 inch TV in the kitchen.
In addition, you can expect a great in-house saltwater pool, a veranda with barbecue, which is perfect for outdoor meals, and a large sun terrace with great views of the sea. The village of Alella and its surroundings offer recreational activities for young and old, including restaurants, water sports activities, hiking trails and much more. It is an in-house pool with salt water. The accommodation offers the possibility of free charging of the electric car and has a high security alarm system.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 200.00 in 2026 and EUR 178.00 in 2025 per stay. Up to three pets are allowed.
