West Palm Villa

Very clean well laid out and private. Close to beach dining airport. Rhonda communicates well and was very respinsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

A Very Pleasant Stay

I spent a little less than a month at the house. Most of the time was spent alone with my dog, but a few old friends made occasional visits. The house and property are very much as advertised and worked very well for my needs. Rhonda was extremely friendly and attentive, and a great help in answering questions and sorting out a few glitches. As I mentioned to her, the upstairs bathroom sink faucets and main oven (but not side oven or range) were irksome, but Rhonda mentioned that she was arranging to correct them.

Hidden Gem

House is unassuming from outside. Once inside you are greeted with beautiful art work and a well furnished and newly updated 1925 home. The back patio area is impressive with small pool waterfall and ample seating. Few minor issues arose and landlord responded quickly. Overall solid property if you are no taller than 5 feet 11 inches. Tall people will have to duck to get upstairs. Luckily I'm 5 11......

I bought it without even seeing it in person--I could just tell from the pictures how charming and special it was. Then when I did walk through I was taken by the great vibe of the house.
