Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geräumig, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein Parkplatz war direkt vorhanden, was wir als sehr praktisch empfunden haben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wirklich rundum gelungen. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Umgebung, ideal zum Fahrrad fahren.

FeWo gemütlich und sehr sauber, nur der Blick aus dem Fenster ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgerüstet. Gute Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Die Vermieterin (bzw. deren Mutter) ist sehr nett und gibt jederzeit gern Auskunft und Tipps.

Gepflegte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit Macken

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gepflegt und im Juni 2019 frisch renoviert. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit fünf Personen voll ausgelastet, von denen auch nur zwei erwachsen sein sollten. Neben einem Ehebett steht eine Liege (King size) im Wohnzimmer und zwei Betten direkt unter dem Dach zur Verfügung. Unter dem Dach wurde es sehr warm, auch können Erwachsene dort nicht aufrecht stehen. Zum offenen Dachboden gelangt man über eine schmale Holztreppe, die etwas Geschick erfordert. Nachts auf Toilette gehen ist da schon eine Herausforderung. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Ehebett ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum WC, das ist für manche Reisegruppe vielleicht nicht unwichtig. Die quietschenden Türen waren mit dem Speiseöl aus der Küche schnell ruhiggestellt. Ein größeres Problem war eines der Betten aus dem Schlafzimmer, das furchtbar geknarrt hat. Ein Blick unter die Matratze zeigte, daß sich an dem Problem wohl schon etliche abgearbeitet haben. Ohropax ist also dringend zu empfehlen, solange das nicht abgestellt ist. Die Fenster haben lichtdichte Zugrollos, durch die Ritzen fiel allerdings so viel Licht, daß die Wohnung ab 5 Uhr taghell war. Zusätzliche Verdunklung mit Handtüchern und/oder Schlafbrille helfen dem, der das nicht gewohnt ist. Als Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es im Wohnzimmer nur einen Eßtisch mit Stühlen (sowie die Liege), was einen langen, gemeinsamen Abend wenig gemütlich macht. Fazit: Eine saubere, gepflegte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit einigen Macken, die man vorher kennen sollte.

This places is in a quiet town with tons of character. The rooms have all you need to do an extended stay, including a small but complete kitchen. The rooms are all quite large and the bathroom was totally spacious and up to date. Would love to stay here again!

A nice place in Böbingen

The apartment is in the top of the main house but is easy to access. The layout is very good with separate rooms for sleeping, living and cooking. The area is quiet and the bedroom is at the rear so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. The kitchen has all the appliances you need with the exception of a freezer compartment, but the fridge is nice a big.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche Gastfamilie. Ein kleines Manko- nicht in der Wohnung- leider gibt es im Ort keine Möglichkeit zu speisen. Man ist daher auf das Auto angewiesen.

Nette kleine Dachwohnung mit Schlafboden, sauber, komfortabel und ansprechend eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht, sogar Handtücher. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum Bad, war für uns aber kein Problem. Trotz Hauptstraße ruhig gelegen, praktisch nur Anwohnerverkehr. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos. Sie ist sehr gemütlich in einem schönen Mix aus alt und modern eingerichtet. Tolles, sehr geräumiges modernes Badezimmer mit Fenster. Alles sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man kann sich hier wirklich sehr wohl fühlen. Etwas unangenehm könnten die Temperaturen im Hochsommer in der Wohnung werden. Für uns war es im Mai noch okay, da man nachts gut durchlüften konnte. Ein kleines Manko ist das Fehlen einer Möglichkeit zum draußen Sitzen. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Familie Damian ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
