This charming cottage, lovingly renovated by a young couple from the neighboring village, welcomes you for a cozy stay with family or friends. Expertly renovated by the owner, Mathieu, it offers four bedrooms, two of which are family-friendly, a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace opening onto a large, unfenced garden. Here, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Pyrenees, a pétanque court, and a basketball hoop for unforgettable moments. Massages are available from the owner, as well as electric bikes for loan. Things to see and do from the cottage: Bordanova, in the village, is a unique third place dedicated to the ecological transition, the circular economy, and social innovation, where you'll find a guinguette and a brasserie. Rieumes is 7 km away: shops, a market, restaurants, the Tépacap leisure park, the Ferme du Paradis, and the Bure fishing lake. Samatan, with its lake (paddleboarding) and foie gras market: for an unmissable gastronomic experience, 14 km away; L'Isle-Jourdain and Muret are 20 km away: Aqualudia, a lake for wakeboarding, an aquapark, or swimming, and a train station to Toulouse... Single-story gîte: living room with a lounge area, a dining area, and a fitted kitchen (raclette grill); 4 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed, opening without a door onto a shower, sink, and toilet) (1 queen-size bed) (1 queen-size bed and two bunk beds (80 x 200 cm) (1 double-size bed and two bunk beds (80 x 200 cm)), a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Electric heating is available in the bedrooms. The cottage is adjoining the owners' house.
