Beautiful apartment with spectacular ocean views, a quiet place to enjoy as a family. The apartment has three bedrooms, all with king-sized beds, two full bathrooms and a half bathroom, spacious common areas. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning in all areas. Beautiful double terrace with ocean views where you can enjoy a good book, a good glass of wine and a fantastic sunset. The place that your family deserves. Please note there are external facing security cameras capturing public areas outside of the property (absolutely no interior).

The grounds are very pretty, and the 24 hr security guard at the gate was friendly and appreciated. The pool was a nice size and well enjoyed by all! However- this Unit is very outdated for price, property could use some refurbishing starting with the couch in the living room. It was so musty and uncomfortable. Drove my allergies crazy. We couldn’t bear to sit on it and had to watch tv on the tiny unit in the bedroom. There were empty nails on several walls where pictures should have been hung. The unit is located directly above a local family’s home that owns multiple chickens, dogs and ROOSTERS. The Roosters crowed from 4AM until midnight. The dogs were prone to barking and fighting. Our “peaceful “ stay was NOT peaceful. it was loud and we needed earplugs to sleep. Shower dispenser was broken in both bathrooms. When I went to shower, there was hair in the bathroom sink, a couple hairs in the shower, along with a long dark hair in the shower that doesn't belong to me. In addition, we had to wipe our feet with a washcloth after walking barefoot in the unit because the floors were not mopped.Incredibly low water pressure in both showers. It took 3x as long to rinse my hair than it normally does. The temperature was fine, just near zero pressure. We were hopeful this would be an enjoyable stay for the price but were very disappointed. Stay at the B’hai Encantada for sure just not in this condo if you like sleeping. I'd suggest looking for another unit in this communit
