For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 6 m² south-facing terrace with furniture overlooking the street
- An enclosed, private 32 m² north-facing terrace and small garden with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Serris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the building's private car park (one vehicle).
