Lovely home in Zrnovnica

This beautiful semi-detached house is located in the small village of Zrnovnica, not far from Split. The house is spread over three floors and is ideal for vacations of several families. The ground floor and the second floor are connected by interior stairs, while the second floor has a separate entrance. In the garden you will find the barbecue, children's play area and pool, while in outdoor kitchen you can indulge in your culinary arts. Billiards and playstation provide entertainment. Beautiful beaches await you in the village of Stobrec. Visit the city of Split, whose old town is an architectural scene that will not leave you indifferent, and where you will feel the true Mediterranean atmosphere. The spiral staircase is not suitable for children and the elderly.

Huge place with lots of space!

Beautiful house with a beautiful outdoor space. We spent the majority of our time outside and loved it. Very accommodating hosts. 10/10.

Ein Ferienhaus, das (fast) keine Wünsche offenlässt

Wir verbrachten einen Urlaub mit drei Familien in dem Haus; wir , unsereTöchter mit ihren Ehepartnern und den drei Enkeltöchtern fast 5 Jahre, 3 Jahre und 10 Monate. Insgesamt also 9 Personen. Die Vermieter waren freundlich, zurückhaltend und sehr diskret. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, ist top eingerichtet und ist in allen Bereichen bestens ausgestattet. Für die Kinder und auch die Erwachsenen fehlte es an nichts. Schaukel, Rutsche, Schwimmringe und -Tiere, Tippi, Tischtennis, Playstation, Billard, Dart, Hometrainer….. Wir hielten uns fast nur draußen auf; da konnte man kochen, essen, spielen, baden… Die Außenküche ist eine super Sache! Der einzige Sternabzug erfolgt aufgrund der Lage. Man fährt erst durch ein recht unaufgeräumtes Industriegebiet und dann durch eine super enge, kurvige Gasse, wo man bei Gegenverkehr zurückstoßen muss. Sehr abenteuerlich! Für die Mückenplage und die z.T. lauten Bauarbeiten des Nachbarn kann keiner was! Fazit: Ein tolles Haus für den Urlaub in größerer Gruppe, absolut empfehlenswert! Ein Tipp für die Kaffeetrinker: Filtertüten sollte man mitnehmen, die gibt’s in Kroatien nicht.
