Above Opatija and Kastav, in Marelji, you will find this detached house with a very comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the first floor.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom, all modern and cosily furnished. There are terraces and a swimming pool. The large terrace with a view of the forest is behind the house, while the other terrace in front of the house has a partial sea view - here you can get some fresh air and enjoy the Mediterranean air. There is a barbecue for private use on the shared property.
