Cozy holiday home only 5 minutes by car from the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The cottage has a living room with a sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person) and dining table and TV. The small kitchen is separate and simply equipped. 1 separate bedroom with double bed and a wardrobe. Furthermore, the house has a shower room. The parking space is available for free. A 300 sqm plot with table tennis is reserved for sole use. Furthermore, in front of the house is a modern furnished terrace and a brick barbecue - all for you alone! We look forward to seeing you - the beds are of course upon arrival. Please bring your own towels. The house is not heated. In the cooler months, the landlord provides a mobile gas stove.
