The kitchen table has seating for 4-6 plus a large island with 3 bar stools. The dinning room has seating for 6. This home also includes a full basement with 75-inch smart TV, ping pong, foosball, and dart board. Top deck overlooks the river with a picnic table, 2 chaise lounges and 4- rocking chairs. Mid level deck boasts a fire table with 4 cushioned chairs . Lower deck has cushioned conversation couch. Quiet private neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and easy access to walking trail (North Augusta Greeneway) and Augusta National Golf Course.

We have lived here for 10 years we have 2 children who are mostly grown now and we are active in the local community with tennis, golf, water skiing and live music. There is much to see and do here (but we know you are here for the Masters Tournament).

It is surrounded by beauty. We kept the interior open and brought the outside in with large glass doors and windows. You will love the sunsets they are lovely.
