A 3-minute walk from shops: bakeries, mini-markets, various boutiques (crafts, fashion), restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, tobacco/newsagents, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors, post office (ATM), gas stations, etc.
Entertainment in the heart of the village of Solenzara until late at night.

Wide range of activities:
Water sports - diving, sailing, jet skiing, quad biking, tree climbing, tennis, horse riding, mountain excursions (Les Aiguilles de Bavella).

Swimming in rivers and via ferrata (all along the Bavella road): natural pools, waterfalls, and small beaches.

Covered terrace: garden furniture, plancha grill. Electric awning + manual privacy screen on the side.

Residence swimming pool: adult pool - children's pool - secure access): shower, Swimming pool (secure, locked) is open from May 1 to September 30 Swimming pool hours: 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

NB: Pets accepted by agreement if there are several.

A credit card imprint will be taken as a security deposit upon arrival: Deposit: €800.

Cleaning (€75) and linen optional.
Cleaning must be paid for if departure is before 9:00 a.m.
