Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent Le Loft Azur, a 28 m² beachfront flat with uninterrupted views of the mountains and sparkling waters of Lake Annecy.

Located in Duingt, a veritable corner of paradise on the shores of the lake, this flat has direct access to the residence's private beach (4,000 m²), as well as two private pontoons providing privileged access to the water. Nearby hiking trails allow you to explore the surrounding natural beauty at your own pace.

The flat is composed as follows:

- Bright living room, arranged to maximise space, with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) that converts into a sofa. Blackout blinds in the room.
Breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from the large windows.
- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, Miele dishwasher, Krups ground coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer...
- For lovers of outdoor cooking: plancha area and outdoor work surface available.

- Bedroom cabin with bunk beds (80x200 cm each).
- Bathroom with glass shower screen, large washbasin and integrated WC.

Outside:
- Large 30 m² terrace with unique panoramic view of the lake, dining table for 4 to 6 people and relaxation area.

An original detail: you will be staying in the flat of a renowned Parisian artist-baker, who will make his professional utensils available to you, giving you the opportunity to savour local specialities in front of the panoramic view.

The flat is ideally located in a quiet, privileged residence in Duingt, right on the water!
- Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away.

Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15 from Annecy for easy access to the city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). Daviet stop
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. There are also bus and private shuttle services between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
