This gated community on the bay side of South Padre Island (TX) is a fisherman’s delight & a great place for a quieter family vacation. 2nd floor walk-up unit is appx 700 SqFt & incl bdroom w/ king bed, dressers, & closet; bathrm includes shower & vanity drawers; fully-furnished kitchen w/ bar; living room w/2 couches (one is pull-out bed), recliner, TV, & DVD player; refrigerator, washer, dryer, micro, & toaster oven. Common areas: swimming pool, rec room, & boat harbor. No smoking. No pets.

This condo has been in my family since I was a young boy. When my parents were alive, it was their second home - their happy place. Many a fish was caught and many a memory was made here. My wife, Shari, and I are pleased to share it with you, and hope you find lots of happy memories here, too!
