About this property

Beautiful holiday home right on the water with its own jetty



Children up to 12 years do not have to be specified as additional persons. With FeWo it is unfortunately not yet possible to take this into account in the prices. But please specify afterwards so that enough bed linen is provided.

The house is located on the banks of the Havel and has a size of approx. 39 m². It has a bedroom, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Bed linen is provided.

The yard is shared with the owner. The approx. 30 m² wooden terrace is specially reserved for our holiday guests. The terrace is semi-covered and southwest-facing with a wonderful view of the Havel.
The property also has its own footbridge. There is a rowing boat (AnKa), which can also be used.(Engine is electric and petrol)
Smoking is not permitted in the house and no pets are allowed.

Ich war mit zwei Freunden eine Woche lang hier (Angelurlaub) und wir fanden es toll. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und fanden das kleine Ferienhaus klasse. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit bestem Ausblick auf die Havel. Besonderen Dank nochmal an Sebastian. Ich komme bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Die Umgebung und Lage ist wunderschön , nur lässt die Unterkunft zu wünschen übrig und ist nicht wie angegeben . Sehr chaotisch, liegt viel rum , kein gepflegtes Grundstück. Das Haus an sich war nicht sehr sauber , schränke kaputt , an der Küche Bretter locker .

Wir waren zufrieden.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön und verhilft einem schnell zu entspannen. Das Ferienhaus hat für 2 Personen eine gute Größe und der Ausblick auf die Havel ist toll. Der Zustand des Inventars im und um das Ferienhaus wirkte etwas pflegebedürftig. Auch ging während unseres Aufenthalts die Heizung nicht, so dass wir für Wohnzimmer und Küche Elektroheizungen genutzt haben.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen direkt am Wasser.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in dem sehr gut aufgeteilten und gemütlichen Ferienhäuschen mit super großer Terrasse. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Man kann vor Ort auf Wunsch diverse Aktivitäten dazubuchen. Sauna, Wirlpool, Kayak, Ruderboot mit Elektromotor usw. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der FeWo verbracht. Direkte Lage am Wasser war top! In der Wohnung ist auch alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Super war auch die Familienfreundlichkeit! Babybett und Hochstuhl waren vorhanden und wir durften mit unserem Kind auch das private Spielzeug vom Vermieter nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🙂

Ruhig und Erholsame Tage.

Es war ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil. Alles war Perfekt, von Bungalow bis hin zur Außenanlage. Highlight war natürlich der Privatstrand und die diversen Angebote (Boot, Sauna und Whirlpool) welche wir selber aber nicht benutzt haben. Selbst das Angeln war Erfolgreich. Positiv war auch die kurze Distanz zur nächst größeren Stadt (Brandenburg an der Havel). Leider konnten wir die Gastgeberfamilie nicht persönlich kennenlernen, da diese selber gerade im Urlaub waren. Dies war aber kein Problem da der telefonische Kontakt sehr freundlich war.
